Welcome to Buddha's Oasis

This fully private, quiet and cozy fully stocked mother in law apartment in the lower portion of my homes can sleep up to five guests, one queen latex very comfy bed, one comfy queen sofa bed with Tempurpedic mattress and one twin fold out very comfy 5 inch dense foam sofa chair in its own one quarter bedroom.

You have your own secure entrance, laundry room is next to the guest apartment. Entrance to apartment is around back of home, walking down pathway along side of home.

You are steps away from Chuck's Hop Shop, Land of a Thousand Beers at 20th and Union, Katy's Cafe steps away also, #2 bus to downtown, and a 10 minute walk to Capitol Hill, and 1.4 miles to convention center and 19 blocks to Pike Place Market.

There are three food markets nearby, one organic, one Trader Joe's and one is Safeway, a major grocery store, and more to come very soon. Grocery outlet store is 10 blocks east.

One queen bed in bedroom, queen sofa bed in LR, and a twin fold out canvas covered thick comfy foam fold out sofa chair in a small 1/4 bedroom with window, storage bins for clothes, lamp and curtain for doorway.

This apartment is cool in summer, warm in winter, with additional base board heaters for more warmth , two fans and AC for warmer months. I accommodate business travelers and families with booster seats, potty seats, pack and play, toys, books and more.

I offer use of one street parking pass, which is to be returned upon vacating to avoid charges of $125 if not returned.

The back yard is under going a renovation from a new fence installment which ended late November 2017. So please excuse the back yard until the weather improves to renovate it spring and summer 2018.

I am unable to have your mail or packages sent to my address and cable movies or content cannot be downloaded.

I value conserving energy and ask you be mindful of utility usage. Please turn lights off if not in use and before you leave for the day, as well as baseboard heaters. Keep showers within reason so there is enoiught hot water for everyone, especially if your party has more than two people in it.

Please contact me for any questions. I have successfully been a vacation rental host for almost 4 years and I welcome all guests to enjoy beautiful Seattle. I have lived upstairs of this renovated 1904 home since 1993 and enjoy hosting guests from all over the world.

I welcome business travelers and families. I have booster chairs, pack and play, potty chairs, toys and books for little ones

Enjoy lively Seattle during the day and return to peace and quiet in this residential neighborhood for rest at night.

Katy's Cafe Coffee Shop, of which I offer a $1 off discount card for this cafe, Chuck's Hop Shop for 50 beers on tap is at end of the block.

I provide a street parking pass which offers 24/7 free parking.

It's within a 10 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride to all the popular areas like Capitol Hill, Pike Place Market is 19 blocks away, convention center 1.4 miles, and Space Needle 20 minute bus ride. The main bus is half a block away and others buses 3-8 blocks away.

It is a one bedroom, one bath fully stocked apartment with a queen bed, a queen comfy sleeper sofa and a second 1/4 bedroom with a fold out canvas covered foam sofa chair. This room has storage bins for clothes, a curtain for a door and an operable window.

It has keyless entry locks, warm in winter with additional baseboard heaters if needed and cool in summer with AC for hotter days. There are motion sensor lights everywhere for your safety and exterior cameras.

Feel free to enjoy the back yard, patio and deck.

The ktichen is very well stocked with pots, pans, crock pot, rice cooker, coffee bean grinder, French press , convection oven, micorwave full refirgerator, electric stove and utensils. I also provide nice sheets and towels.

The bathroom has a nice ventialtion fan and heater.

Share the washer/dryer with me which is next to apartment.

I have 130 five star reviews on another site because people love how clean it is, easy check in, location and over all appeal.

What makes this apartment unique

Super clean and cozy, keypad entry locks, which means no keys, close to Capitol Hill and downtown but in a residential area at the edge of activity, quiet for your rest between fun activities. I offer one parking pass for street parking, comfortable and nice décor, back yard and deck for R & R, three very comfortable beds with bed bug protection cover for beds and pillows, quality teas, coffee, oatmeal and condiments for each guest.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, rice cooker, crock pot, bamboo steamer, coffee grinder, French press, pots, pans, strainers, casserole baking dishes, dish rack, microwave and convection oven.

We share the laundry room which is next to the apartment.

The wall mounted TV has a large cable menu.

The apartment has no access to my place or yours from inside. It is fully contained, private and secure, truly an oasis.
