Mason from the front and master bed-room. - beautiful recently re-modeled, 3,750 sq. ft., 2-story, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with garage, features large, well-appointed rooms, natural light from large windows on all levels, a scenic garden with a koi pond, patios for dining.

Two families with children could enjoy their privacy, yet comfortably share amenities such as spacious breakfast and dining areas, living and master bed-room views of the Bay, Alcatraz, the Golden Gate Bridge and Ft. Mason. For families, corporate executives, professional groups, wedding parties, this location is perhaps the most convenient in SF. Stairs lead to a large, well-established garden. A bank of windows look out over the tree and flower-filled garden and the fish pond. Additionally, a back interior staircase allows for a secure, back entry/exit to a separate, ground floor apartment (available at additional cost), the garage and Marina Boulevard.

A gently curving staircase opens to the top floor which features 2-bedrooms with full bathrooms en-suite, and two additional bedrooms which share a full bathroom. The master bedroom provides views of the Bay.

This magnificent house is located about half a block from the Golden Gate Yacht Club, the site of about half of the America's Cup events, and also the spectacular July 4th Fireworks Celebration. A group could happily enjoy festivities with little effort. One could participate by watching out the living room window, or a short stroll across the street would put you in the heart of the action.

About Virginia S./Brian Tseng

My husband and I purchased this house many years ago and raised our children here. We loved the beauty and convenience of the location and the size and floor plan of the house. Meaning, the living areas are all on one level and the bedrooms on another, the garage enclosed below. After extensive re-modeling we intended to sell, but could not let it go! Since this is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the city, we believe that others will enjoy the experience as much as we have, and decided to provide this opportunity.

I also have a friend, Brian Tseng helping me as a co-manager for this property, so you may also hear from him in response to any inquiries.

Virginia S./Brian Tseng purchased this house in 1996

Book Club celebration

  • 5 of 5

Our book club (6 members) rented this wonderful Marina home for our 30th anniversary celebration in San Francisco. There was plenty of room for all (at our age we all want our own bed!) and the location was perfect for our exploration of the Marina, the Presidio, Golden Gate Park and downtown. Comfy relaxing space for our book discussion and an absolution stunning garden to enjoy.

Stunning San Fran

  • 5 of 5

Would just like to say, never have I stayed in such a beautiful property, was really a home from home. 3 groups of our family stayed over 10 day period, for a family wedding, no shortage of space, anything you could want was there and Virginia was the best host you could wish for, you never really saw her, but when you needed something, or had a problem, she was only ever a text or phone call away and it was sorted! No complaints from Ginny, even when we had a group of fiends around.

10 out of 10 for this property, if we ever return to SF, be sure it will be the fairest place I would try.

Thanks again.

Great house and location. Well appointed with everything you would need.

  • 4 of 5

Lots of room and plenty of bathrooms. We were a family of 7 and all had lots of space. Only one small negative, if you like to sleep with the windows open, it can get noisy in the master bedroom very early due to it's location on Marina Blvd.

Great View and Location

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed our family stay. We had grandparents, a family with 2 older kids and a family of 3 young children which fit well in the bedrooms.

The Safeway walking distance from the house was perfect for an easy breakfast. We mostly walked to the Wharf and rented bikes walking distance away to go over the Golden Gate Bridge.

Beautiful backyard to enjoy, nicely updated bathrooms, wonderful front room to relax and watch the marina.

Thank you for allowing people to rent and enjoy this home!!

Distinctive and spacious, with Bay views from the living and dining rooms, this re-modeled 3-story home is in a prime SF location for locals and vacationers. Travelers can walk or rent bikes (Blazing Saddles, Chestnut St.) to see Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, Aquatic Park (often site of the 'Iron-Man' or Alcatraz Swim events), the Golden Gate Bridge (have coffee a the Warming Hut on the way to visiting historical Fort Point Museum just under the Bridge). Along the way, see the Golden Gate and the St. Francis Yacht Clubs, and the Palace of Fine Arts. These sites can also be reached by taking the #28 bus from the bus stop around the corner.
