This condo was totally remodeled and features full sized appliances, gas stove, granite counters in the kitchen and a full sized bathroom. A king size bed, couch that converts to full size bed, 40 inch smart TV with cable, Wi-Fi, AC and assigned parking all included. The condo is fully furnished and stocked with everything you need for your vacation. You will truly not want for anything during your stay. The spectacular sunsets at the pool area will be unforgettable. And, since the pool is literally on the Pacific Ocean you may see dolphins playing, colorful fish, sea turtles, and when in season, humpback whales.

This little condo was just great! The perfect size for just the two of us. Thoughtful set-up with the handy, well appointed kitchen. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks Vicki!
Beautifully remodeled, stocked to the brim with anything you may need
They really put in an amazing effort in remodeling this place. Beautiful kitchen and bathroom full of all the utensils, cookware, plates, and toiletries you could possibly need. The shower was amazing! Wonderful wide shower head that was 7 feet high! Warm water with good pressure, plenty of towels and beach towels as well. King size bed that was quite firm. You get your own parking spot. The pool was a short walk through the parking lot and is overlooking the ocean! Absolutely loved this place! The A/C unit and two ceiling fans were much appreciated after you get back from your adventures. The property manager was detailed and thorough with instructional emails and responded promptly to any questions. Good location as well, just a mile from downtown. I would highly recommend this rental!

Our third trip to the Kona area and as usual enjoyed it as much as anything that you could dream of we had a few days of rain but when you're in 80 degree temperatures and the beauty of the islands how can you complain , as usual Vicky took care of us as well as anybody would want somebody to have things prepared for you and is always, the unit is very clean and very well stocked and enjoyed our stay aloha

Great apartment! The perfect accomodation in Kona
The apartment is even nicer that shown in pictures. We really enjoyed our vacation since there is everyhing you need and lots more.it is comfortable and very clean. Perfectly equipped to prepare every kind of meal.Vicki,the owner, was so so kind to write us all useful information about Big Island and we left for our use a very helpful guide (thanks!). She welcome us with a Prosecco bottle. I absolutely suggest to spend your Kona vacation in this apartment because is simply perfect! Enjoyed our stay in this well appointed condo! Appreciated that there was an umbrella and cooler bag available for beach use. Only thing to note is the unit faces the road so if you’re a light sleeper it’s something to consider, although not much traffic noise at night.

This property is centrally located on Alii Drive ( Hawaii Scenic Byway), be in downtown Kona within minutes where there are restaurants, farmers market, shopping and historical sights to visit. Or be on the road quickly to adventure the island with a short drive to Mamalaoha Highway.
