Why Roland Girffin - 435-770-4658 chose Pine Valley
Frank Snow was born and raised in Pine Valley. He passed away in 2006. He always wanted to build a cabin of his own, but was content to just visit the old homestead. We build this cabin in memory of him. We are here every chance we get. We have been exploring this area for years and hope to have many more to come.
What makes this Cabin unique
There is nothing like the views and clean mountain air in Pine Valley. We have been coming here so long that it was time to build here. We couldn't imagine a more beautiful, peaceful spot. We have huge outdoor fire pit to help enjoy the outdoors. Forest Service land is in the backyard so there is never going to be a blocked view.
Sports & Adventure Activities
The property was beautiful and exactly as it was described!
We loved the mountains and the locations was fun to get away. The rooms are large and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and easy to use. My only suggestions would be to have hair dryers we assumed there would be a hair dryer and had to run out and buy one. The cabin is beautiful and very cozy. I definitely would recommend it!
Wonderful Family Retreat
We so enjoyed our family getaway to Franks Dream this past week! There were 17 of us and we were very comfortable. Some of our grandchildren had never seen snow so it was fun to see them experience it for the first time. (One of them thought it was sugar until now!) There is a slight hill on the side of the house that they were able to slide down on a "swim ring".
Believe it or not the swim ring worked better than a tire inner tube that we tried! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped with cooking supplies. We loved the big table and the smaller table in the kitchen area. Lots of seating for eating and playing games. It felt clean and in good order. Our only suggestion would be to move the bunk bed that is in the hallway upstairs into a bedroom. We could have used those extra beds, but none of the kids wanted to sleep in the hallway. Loved that there were cots/foam pads available under the stairs to use. There is a very good possibility that we will want to stay at "Franks Dream" again in the future.
Wonderful Christmas Stay!!
We really enjoyed our stay at Frank’s dream, we had a wonderful Christmas stay with our large family and it was very comfortable, homey, and the right space. The eating areas and large couch seated everyone and made it easy for great family time together. We had an issue the first night with heating upstairs but Rolland got right on it and the issue was resolved promptly. The oven does take some extra heat and extra time as he mentions, so take that advice. We loved the giant rooms, our family of five all shared one room with a queen sized air mattress in addition to the existing queen bed and a pack ‘n play, which by the way also fits in the bathroom in the master bedroom (we used it as a “second bedroom” for our daughter’s naps. We loved the wild turkey’s went to snow canyon state park (30-40 minute drive) amd sledded our first day there. It was an awesome stay, very memorable in a very positive way! Also the TV hooks up well to apple tv if you bring your own or any new gaming systems. Beautiful views and quiet neighborhood
I highly recommend this home.
We loved our stay at this beautiful home! I highly recommend this place and I would love to stay again. Roland was very helpful and quick to respond to emails. The house is fully loaded with any kitchen gadget you could need. The lay out of the house is perfect for family gatherings with a large main area. The kitchen table is huge and beautiful! The scenery right out the back door has breathe taking views and open space for family games. We would def book this home again!
Amazing place.Very nice house.
Great Get Away
Great get away.
Beautiful fall colors in October. Wild turkeys an deer were right out the window every morning.
Comfortable, clean, and plenty of space.
The Pine Valley Mountains are small range that rises, 10,365 feet out of the surrounding desert topped with thick forests of pine and aspen. Its pleasant summer temperatures and heavy forestation provide a welcome respite from the hot and arid desert below. The range has a good network of trails for hiking and horseback riding, several campgrounds and fishing opportunities.
