Our privately owned home, has three bedrooms, two full baths with almost 1,300 sq. ft. of living space. Families, friends or business travelers will have plenty of room.
The location our home provides our guests with ease of travel to and from Orlando International Airport, Orlando's theme park attractions, sports activities, the shops and restaurants along International Drive and Orlando Outlets. This home is located close to Disney - Orlando/Kissimmee and the Central Florida attractions. Come and enjoy the freedom of a home rental rather than the restrictions of a hotel. Publix (grocery) is 5 mins away along with fast food and dining in that plaza, or use the 24 hour Walmart from less than 10 mins from the home. Perhaps you want to shop the Malls/discount outlets - there is a lot to choose from! Outback Steak House, Red Lobster, Italian Cuisine, Chinese restaurants and buffet.
It is a short drive to all the Disney Parks - 15/20 mins (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach) or visit Seaworld, Aquatica, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Wet and Wild, or one of the many Dinner shows, or the famous Cirque Du Soleil. There are many other activities to do such as mini golf, movie theatres, and Downtown Disney. The Orlando Science Center, and Orlando Art exhibits/Museums..
Nice house close to Orlando attractions. Everything is pretty much 30 mins away except busch gardens which was 1.5 hours. The house was much better then staying at the hotel. The pool got up to 77 but was a little cool for must of us. To be expected for the end of December. But there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep with our family of 7. The house had plenty of plates and kitchen accessories and there are plenty of food options just around the corner. The property could use a new grill or maybe just a fill of the propane tank and a couple extra wash clothes. Other then that it was a great stay.
There were a good amount of pros & cons for this property.
Cons: furniture is very dated, beds are hard to sleep in, not too comfortable; quite a few lights both interior & exterior were out and had to either be switched out or just not used at all; we were unable to get the pool to heat per the online description of the home; after using the washer we came to find out the dryer did not work so had to have everything air-dry; very little provided as far as linens, towels & toilet paper/napkins.
Pros: food/supermarket less than 5min away (to purchase extra toilet paper), leisure shopping centers within 15min in distance, airport about 15min away as well; 2 car garage & driveway for private parking; end of a cul-de-sac so it's a nice and private location; back yard fenced in so pool area is also private; (although not well lit) it has nice & spacious screened-in seating space in back of house; although very outdated, appliances do their job (stove works, decent sized fridge, etc.)
Overall, the home was nice and gave off a very homey feel, we were comfortable enough to where, for a moment, we forgot we were in a rental home.
First the home was very clean. It is a cute older home. The location was great for us. The downside was the pool solar was not on when we got there. And we had some issues with getting in contact with the owners. The amount of beds were good but the mattresses and especially the pillows could use some updating. I have read other reviews about the home and brought my own towels which was a good thing. Overall a very nice home.
Overall a good , clean , good neighborhood home to stay in.. felt right at home.
