Steps from quiet pool and beach
Our privately-owned, 1 bedroom 2 bath, second level condo has been recently renovated and updated with custom built-ins and new electronics and AC units. It is situated in building 13, on the quiet green belt leading down to the main pool and beautiful beach (3-4 mins walk)
The large living room is bright and airy, facing the ocean, and features a custom-built TV cabinet and Murphybed.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the conveniences of home, including a brand new fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. The living room and kitchen have stunning views of palm trees, ocean, and the neighbouring islands.
The Master Bedroom has a King size bed with a study/sitting area, and a full ensuite bathroom. We have just installed a new queen Murphy bed in the Master, for more sleeping alternatives!
Both the living room and bedroom have independently controlled air-conditioning as well as ceiling fans.
Our lanai seats 4 and is perfect for breakfast with a view, or a BBQ dinner.
The Wailea Ekahi Oceanfront Village is located along the scenic Keawakapu Beach, where the sands are like soft powder. The surrounding waters are perfect for snorkelling and playing in the gentle waves.
Ekahi has 35 acres of beautiful, lush, tropical grounds. A short walk along the green belt towards the beach, takes you to the main pool and beautiful pavilion, fully equipped with kitchen and BBQ for hosting family gatherings. There are 3 other quiet pools throughout the complex, one of which is mere steps from our unit.
A beautiful walk along our beach takes you to the new Hyatt Andaz Hotel right next door, and then on to the Grand Wailea hotel, the Four Seasons, and a number of other high-end hotels and all their luxurious amenities.
A short drive from Ekahi you'll find grocery stores, coffee shops, watersport shops, and restaurants.

Why Sharon Ellis chose Wailea
Wailea Ekahi is quiet and beautifully maintained. It is sheltered from the trade winds, and has very few rainy days. The complex is away from the hustle and bustle of typical tourist areas, but within a comfortable drive, if you wish to visit for a couple of hours or for a whole day.
What makes this Condo unique
Our unit is on the second (top) floor, and has breathtaking views of the Ocean and the Islands of Kahoolawe and Lanai. It is in a quiet and relaxing location, just steps from one of the quiet pools, which makes it easy to go for a quick dip, or to go back and forth to the unit, as the mood strikes you. We have outfitted our condo with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, children's life jackets, cooler bags, beach toys and plenty of beach towels for your use and enjoyment. The kitchen has all the small appliances you could want, including a Magic Bullet, hand mixer, rice cooker, and electric griddle, as well as plastic food containers, food wraps, and more cooking utensils than we could list. The unit was recently renovated, with new granite countertops, a beverage sink and an in-sink disposal, and has all new dining chairs, cushions, room towels and high-end linens. The bedroom extension has plenty of room for the whole family to sleep. If you would prefer not to be confined to the bedroom once the kids have gone to bed, we have a queen-size custom-built Murphybed in the bedroom, along with the king bed. The livingroom Murphy bed provides even more sleeping options for your family stay!

Sharon was wonderful to work with! We had a few logistical questions prior to our trip because we were golfing the day we arrived. She was responsive and helpful. 13F has a beautiful view and is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Most importantly it is a very clean unit!! We were here with 2 other couples who were all staying in different buildings. It was an easy walk across the green to get to them. It is an uphill walk from pool/beach to get back to unit but well worth it for the amazing views you get from the patio!!
We had a great stay. We have been to Ekahi village previously, and loved it one more time.
The condo was perfect for us, 2 adults and kid. The Murphy bed is a great option. Our son slept much better than on sofa couches.
Master bed a bid hard to my taste, and as much as there are plenty of pillows, I could never find one good for me, that is just a personal note.
Sharon was very prompt to respond and act on a couple of things we brought to her attention.
The kitchen is well set for cooking.
Over all, we really liked the property. We'll repeat in the future.
The unit is beautiful and very well equipped. There is a great view and the lanai looks right at Molokini and the island of Lanai. It is good for a family as well as a couple, because of the fold down Murphy bed in the living room, but probably not so good for 2 couples even thought there are 2 full bathrooms. We definitely would stay here again.
Stay at 13F
We stayed at 13F for five days. The overall conditions of the condo were mostly satisfactory especially the beach and pool gears. The kitchen was well equipped and the living area was well furnished. However the shower in the master bedroom was not functional throughout our stay. I called three times regarding the issue. Chris was very courteous and did come to the property to investigate and provided a missing tv remote in the master bedroom. However she didn't fix the shower nor inform us for the update. I finally gave up inquiring about for our stay was only 5 days. The shower issue was a bit of an inconvenience for us.
Aloha Brian! We apologize for your inconvenience. However, we had no way of knowing that the shower pull would snap during your stay - we had not received any complaints or notification up until that point. Chris did her best to fix the problem, but once it was clear the piece had broken, we had to contact a professional and order the parts. That often takes time on the island, as parts sometimes have to come from the mainland or another island. It was fixed a few days later, the day after you checked out. Fortunately, we do have two full bathrooms in the unit, both with a proper shower stall.
Again, we apologize for the unforeseeable inconvenience, and hope you enjoyed your visit to the island overall. Mahalo!

Nice location,great view,bit of a walk to the beach but worth it.Pools first class.Grassy areas well looked after and lots of parking.Close to restaurants and shopping.very restful.

Perfect location walking distance to a couple nearby great restaurants (Morimoto).
