Set back from an animated street near Rue du Commerce, this family home’s courtyard entrance is the first step towards its calm interior. Entering on the second floor, you’ll find the bright sitting room immediately on the right. Two sky-blue armchairs sit beside the ornamental fireplace and opposite them there’s a wood dining table. A hallway leads next to a shower room, and then to the master bedroom, its white walls and scrubbed wood floors are offset by ruby-red curtains and polished antiques.

Beyond that there’s the kitchen – gleaming in grey and white – where a second door takes you through to another hallway. Along here there’s a double bedroom, a bright bathroom and a separate toilet. And there’s also the bunk bedroom and nursery, connected by double doors.
