One bedroom one bathroom with lofts, one loft in the living room and one in the master bedroom. It has two TVs, a Wii video game, a fireplace, full kitchen, (microwave, stove, oven and fridge) it even has a ski chair in the living room. Condo is out of date but it’s clean and everything works, it’s just an older place. again it’s not the Ritz Carlton nor is it at the Ritz Carlton pricing. Just steps away from the free Intown bus, (located in East vail, still very close to everything) the condo is located on the top corner unit and backs up to the Gore Creek. The private back deck has a Weber gas grill. Technically the condo could sleep 8 but I am not advertising that. The club is only steps away located at The Vail racquet club which has an Olympic size heated swimming pool that is about 85 degree year round, the club also has two very large hot tubs (family and adult) perfect for a soak after the slopes! a full gym, tennis courts, pickleball court, basketball court, playground and swing set, spin classes, sauna, yoga classes and steam rooms. in addition, the club has a full restaurant and a bar for chilling after your active day, and to think this is all just steps away (50 yards away) from your front door. (All club activities are not included in the price of the condo. you simply would have to pay the racquet club per person price, which can vary based on age, time and date) ((the bar and restaurant are open to the public )) so this description is clear you’re renting an outdated condo (full old school ski bum crash pad) and you’re paying to use the racquet club if you so choose. The condo is in East Vail which is only an 18 minute free bus ride to town. (About 5 miles) If you have a questions just give me a call I’m more than happy to answer anything about the condo, what to do, where to go, etc. We have owned the condo since 1971 (sine new) this is the first time we’re listing it for rent (December 12th 2017 is when I am listing it) I think check in should be after 2 pm and check out before 11 am so (this might be said in the paperwork you get?) this way we can give the maid enough time between guests. the only reason we’re renting is because the condo needs remodeling and this potential income should help offset some of the price in the future. like I mentioned above it is on the top floor so you are going to have to walk up stairs, but plenty of free parking. we are sometimes flexible if you see weekend dates blocked out, I personally block these out to go skiing with my family , however I could be talked into possibly giving up some of those weekends on a case-by-case basis? it’s always worth a shot, just give me a quick in app message. Vail is such a great town we love it! Everyone takes the free bus around town once you get to Vail there’s no need to drive you park your car and take the bus, that is just the kind of town it is. Most of the time the bus picks up every 15 minutes. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
