Penthouse Condo

Crescent Sands E6, built in 1985, is a two bedroom, two bath ocean front Penthouse condo located on the sixth floor. The elevator brings you up just ten feet from the door! Located in the popular Windy Hill part of North Myrtle beach, this condo is within walking distance to Barefoot Landing, Hamburger Joe's, Wings gift shop and much more!

Take a break from the ocean with a dip in the outdoor pool. The condo has a king-sized master bedroom with its own balcony access and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom contains two twin beds that can sleep children separately or be placed together forming a second king-sized bed for adults. The guest bedroom also features its own bathroom and shower.

The kitchen is fully furnished to allow home cooked meals and you can minimize your workload by taking advantage of the unit's dishwasher. There is ample room to sit and eat comfortably at either the breakfast bar or dining table.

Fine dining, shopping, golf, theater, and nightlife are all just minutes away.

For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in this unit to prevent trips to an outside washer/dryer facility.

We are a local family who lives 10 miles from our condos. That means we are very involved in the care and maintenance of our condos. We feel blessed to have Crescent Sands E6 as oone of our many condos that we offer.

This property is special for two main reason: its a large two bedroom foot plan which make sit very comfy and it has one of the best balconies on the beach

What makes this condo unique

Location is fabulous. Within walking distance to Barefoot Landing. Many restaurants, golf and shopping nearby. If you have more than one family in the party, we own numerous units in this building!

It was a pleasure to stay at the condo. Although we had the coldest winter in the 14 years we have been coming to N. Myrtle Beach, staying in your unit took some of the bite out of that winter.



The unit is bright with colors and pictures. The big flat screen TV also helped. Bigger than mine at home.The kitchen was well equipped with all appliances,pots and pans ,dishes ect. My wife said she would have liked a little bigger light in the kitchen. We want to thank for being very helpful when there was a delay by the people working on the building.

No landline phone service available. Linens including sheets and towels, can be brought by the guest or leased from a third party company. Its $25 per bed to lease them for the week. These are commercial grade linens. They will be nice and clean but they are not like your linens at home. If you require a high quality linen, we recommend you bring them with you.

Great accommodations!

Our visit to NMB was once again a great experience thanks to Bittner Vacation Rentals. We truly enjoyed staying at Crescent Sands E6, the views from this condo are amazing! The condo is exactly as pictured, very clean and well equipped. I have to say that Scott is an exception customer service individual, his goal is to make very vacation memorable for those that stay in one of his rentals.

My husband and I wouldn’t think of renting from anyone else in NMB!

I thought the unit was basically as advertised, some stuff was a little more dated than I thought pictures showed as far as carpets and amenities as far as furniture on porch and things not the end of the world, I know its a rental so I keep that in mind. The only issue we had all week was a visiting baseball team out till 1am screaming all night and lighting off fireworks, the management on site addressed the situation next morning and we never heard another peep

Great view!

The condo had everything you need except for linens, we brought our own.The kitchen was very practical, it had more than enough equipment. The balcony was amazing, very big, with a shaded area. Dealing with Scott was very easy, I would definitely rent from him again! The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star is because the beds were uncomfortable and the soundproofing in the second bedroom was not great, you can hear everything that is going on outside. Apart from that, it was a wonderful family vacation. Thank you Scott!

Great condo, fantastic location!

This is a wonderful property! Owner was a pleasure to work with. Location is quiet and beautiful with gorgeous ocean views from the balcony. Kitchen is very well stocked. Condo was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for a family, although this trip was just my mother and me. I would definitely rent this condo again when traveling to North Myrtle Beach!

Excellent beach destination with great view.

The condo had everything we needed except Linens. Unusual to us but only $20 per Bed to add sheets and towels thru the cleaning service (or you can bring your own). Sheets provided didn't fit (twice) was our only complaint. The King bed was super comfortable. The decor was lively with a real beach feel. The view from the wrap around balcony was tremendous. Directly over the beach. 6th floor penthouse condo provided lots of sun on the balcony with a shaded area available on one end. Washer/Dryer was nice. Pool area was Clean, on the small side, never crowded. Lots of shopping, restaurants and activities nearby. Parking was never a problem. Owner was friendly and helpful whenever we had questions.

Owner's Response: We are so glad you enjoyed our family beach condo! We do our very best to make sure all our guests are aware of the linen process before ever booking our condo. The information is included in both the Home Away & VRBO ads, its on our family website and we communicate it directly to all our guest twice in both the Rental Agreement and the Arrival email. The linen service, which is a third party, does have different levels of quality. I am not sure what you purchased since that agreement is outside of me, but in the future, please contact them with any concerns direct.

Visa, MasterCard or Discover is the preferred method of payment. To do this, please use the “Book Now” option. I do not collect payments through Home Away/VRBO, you MUST call me direct with a credit card after you have secured your booking.

Linens are not included in the rental price. They can be leased directly from our cleaners for $20 per bed per week. This would include sheets and bath towels.

Winter Monthly Rates - we do not rent March by itself, as a monthly winter rate, unless it is part of a multi-month rentals.

Renter must be at least 25 years of age and on site during rental period. NO exceptions!

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
