We have owned and managed many rental units in Southern California including 4 in North Coast Village! Villa Mia, named after my eldest daughter, is one of our favorites!

We also own a one bedroom (VRBO Listing #361326 ) and two other 2 bed/2 bath units, one is a 2 level uinit including a penthouse level master suite(VRBO Listing #485686 ) and just added (VRBO Listing #744003 ) to our list our great ocean view units! Our family lives about an hour from Oceanside in a suburb of Los Angeles.

Why David Keshavjee chose Oceanside

You cant get much closer to the beach! If you like to people watch (but not be too close-as with the ground floor units), then this is your condo. The Strand is Oceanside's equivalent of a boardwalk that accommodates both pedestrian and vehicular (one-way only) traffic. In the summer it can be packed with people walking, cruising in their cars or on 4-person surrey-top rental bikes or it can be relatively empty as the sun goes down and the beach crowds go home. In the off-season it is traveled much less frequently, mostly by the occasional vehicular tourist and the locals who live along the Strand. MAINLY, THOUGH, THE VIEWS OF THE BEACH AND THE PIER ARE UNPARRELLED!

The view from the condo was very good...minus the public bathroom directly in front of the patio.

Had a great time. We wish the condo was as big as the picture revealed. The nighttime traffic was a problem at times. Condo was clean, but had several issues. Dirty oven, ice maker was broken, one fan self destructed, no batteries in the smoke detector(door of smoke detector hanging open), the little grill on patio was small and rusty, closets cluttered to the point of almost unusable. However, the swimming pools and community grills were great.

Family vacation

My family spent the 4th of July at this beach condo. The views from the patio were gorgeous. We heard the sounds of the waves crashing every night which was amazing. The condo is beautifully decorated and well maintained with everything you could possibly need. David is a terrific owner and very accommodating. We had a small issue during our stay and he was quick to help remedy this. We could not have had a better time. Great beach access as promised. We Would stay here again and I would recommend this to friends and family.

Thank you David, I can not say enough about how wonderful your condo was and how it made for the perfect family beach getaway.

We brought our parents to come and see the beach and the USS Midway. Staying at the Village property was a great experience for them. They

walked to the beach and sat on the porch. I would come back with my own children as I was very impressed. We left a really nice wireless headphone and charger and David was wonderful in getting it back to us. Thank you for the opportunity to help so older people complete a bucket list dream.

The property was in great condition and was clean and well maintained. I would recommend this property to my friends. It had the cooking items needed and the beds were comfortable and walking to the beach was the perfect part of the experience.

Great spot for a last minute get away

My family had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was clean and was nice to have all of the conveniences of home without having to pack it all. David was terrific to work with & very accommodating. The only surprise was the public restroom directly across the street. It wasn't a big deal to us, as you can still see & hear the ocean just fine. It actually made for some fun people watching as many of the surfers stopped there. The pool & grounds are also great. Overall, we had a wonderful time & hope to visit again soon. Thanks, David!
