Apartment for 4 people near steep coast, entitled to pools

2 bedroom apartment with large terrace. Two shared pools. To relax and unwind. A 2 km from the village and ten minutes drive from the tourist areas and beaches of Moraira and Javea.

Golf nearby, water sports, inland villages to explore, restaurants to suit every budget and theme parks accessible by car.

7x 3 m terrace facing S.E. It is an impressive to observe the coast and sunrises viewpoint.

Decorated in bright, modern style is impeccable. With bright living room, well equipped modern kitchen and a bathroom. Apartment to street level. Sleeps 4 expandable to 6 using the sofa bed in the living room (additional fee).

The bedrooms have double closets and have windows to the coast. It provides trousseau bed and bath (except for beach).

TV, washing machine, electric water heat, iron, etc.

Village of Benitachell and Cumbre del Sol: Good road from the center of the village (Poble Nou de Benitachell) bridging a height of about 200 meters in a distance of 2.3 kilometers.

You can visit a winery in Teulada brand.

Altea and Calpe are interesting places to visit. Ifach in Calpe, is internationally known.

For children and adolescents (and adults) Tierra Mitica in Benidorm.

There are water parks. Riding centers. Karts.

Un petit coin de paradis!!!

Cet appartement est un véritable havre de paix! On s'y s'en comme chez soi! Il est très bien équipé, également très bien entretenu, le mobilier est récent. Il ne manque rien!

Il est situé dans le quartier résidentiel de la cumble del sol, tout en haut du village panoramique et je n'aurais qu''une seule chose à dire: la vue est à couper le souffle!!! Vous ne pourrez pas vous lacer de regarder ce paysage ! Chaque pièce de l'appartement vous offre une vue imprenable sur la côte. Prenez le temps de regarder le levé du soleil sur la mer, c'est magnifique et tellement apaisant! Le quartier est vraiment très calme et seul le chant des cigales vous bercera. Les piscines, qui se trouvent à 2 pas de l'appartement, sont juste géniales! Bordées de palmiers, elles sont à débordement avec vue plongeante sur la côte...Magnifiques!!! L'une d'entre elles est avec pataugeoire pour les jeunes enfants.

La voiture est indispensable pour vous rendre en 10 min aux commerces et aux petites criques les plus proches.

Juan, le propriétaire, est très accueillant et très soucieux du bien être de ses hôtes. Il est de très bon conseils et vous informera sur tout ce qui est à voir!

Bref je recommande vivement cet appartement qui vous fera passer des vacances de rêves.

This apartment is a real haven of peace! One there as at home! He is very well equipped, also very well maintained, the furniture is recent. Nothing is missing!

He is situated in the residential area of cumble del sol, at the very top of the panoramic village and I would have only a single thing to be said: the view is breathtaking!!! You cannot lace to look at this landscape! Every room of the apartment offers you a fantastic view over the coast. Take time to look at the sunrise of the sun on the sea, it is magnificent and so soothing! The district is really very quiet and alone the cicada song will rock you. Swimming pools, which are in 2 steps of the apartment, are just wonderfull! Salvoes of palm trees, they are in overflowing with plunging view on the coast... Magnificent!!! One of them is with paddling pool for the young children.

The car is essential to make you in 10 min to the businesses and to the closest small creeks.

Juan, the owner, is very welcoming and very worried about the good to be of his hosts. He is of very good advice and will inform you about all which is to be seen!

In conclusion I strongly recommend this apartment which will make for you holidays of dreams spend.
