From 1997 to 2004, this property housed many executives who were transferred to San Francisco from global locations. From 2004 - 2013, the flat was home to a family who recently bought a house. We have years of experience in providing a Telegraph Hill experience to our guests.

Location, location, location. My wife and I stayed at this property for 5 months while I was on a business engagement in the financial district. Walked to and from work daily, approximately 20 minute walk each way. Safe and easy walk. The property is located at the foot of Coit Tower and provides easy access, via foot or public transportation, to North Beach, Union Square, Ferry Building, Fisherman's Wharf and the Marina District. The unit was recently renovated and provides all the comforts of home including a parking space which is huge should you have a car. The landlord/owner resides in the neighborhood and is
attentive to your needs. San Franciso is a convention city and the hotels jack up rates for certain conventions. Don't play that game. I would highly recommend this property for business or pleasure .
Our group of three enthusiastic Australian adults thoroughly enjoyed our month in San Francisco. Our adventure was enhanced by our perfect accommodation at 312A Lombard Street. All facilities in the apartment are an excellent standard. The living areas are spacious and comfortable and a car park is available. The decor is bright and creative. We really appreciated the location near the Coit Tower, with easy bus access. The owner provided good customer service throughout.
This is a beautiful property, in a quiet neighborhood,tucked away right near Coit Tower. Very accessible to all the sites in SF. A parking space is provided, very convenient! Everything you'd want or need in a condo is there. Our family was dropping our youngest daughter off at USF to start college & we had a great week. Lou was a pleasure to deal with, very helpful & accommodating. We will definitely rent from him again.
We stayed at this rental in for a few nights in October. It was just fantastic. The rental was modern, clean, and had a perfect location. Just steps outside the door is the bus stop. We used the bus to get down to the Pier, Fisherman's Wharf, or just to go shopping. We got a 3 day pass and it worked perfectly (only complaint is the buses don't run late enough). The apartment is also RIGHT next to Coit Tower, which was fun to see (and also has a super view of the city). Walking the neighborhood involves some very steep streets, but that's to be expected in SF. Also, the walk to the cable car was very managable. It was great to be able to park our vehicle there in the back, and not need it until it was time to go. We stayed there with 3 kids and it was great. Also, the sheets on the bed were very nice and soft. Lou was more than helpful in meeting us and available if needed. Would highly recommend this rental!
My husband and I stayed in this incredible rental with another couple for two nights in September. The owner, Lou, was responsive when booking and informative and fun at check-in. While we had a car, we only used it once to drive to Sausalito for dinner with friends. We walked to the waterfront daily, took our coffee out to the overlook of SF Bay (1/2 block away) each morning and, at a friendly bus driver's suggestion, walked the Filbert Steps from near Pier 19/20 to the Coit Tower, which is just a block from the rental. Our only regret was not booking more of our trip at this property.
This was the ultimate situation great owner who was beyond helpful and fully prepared for us, a perfect location, beautiful and spacious property and brand new updates throughout the property.
