Looking for something MORE than an oceanfront view? How about an ocean view that’s beautifully accented with majestic, tropical trees? And what do you think about saving a few dollars?

This top floor unit has been recently completely remodeled in a warm, island theme and has a delightful, shaded ocean view overlooking Honl's Beach Park from the lanai.

It is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay of a few days to a month or more, with a washer and dryer, full kitchen with full-sized range, oven, refrigerator (with an ice maker), microwave, dishwasher, and all the small appliances you would expect. There are TVs in both the living room and bedroom, there is free Wi-Fi for high speed Internet, and free calling to the US mainland and Canada. The bedroom has a comfortable pillow top King Bed.

The Kona Reef is one of the most popular places to stay in Kona, as it’s right on the south edge of town within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, the farmers market and more. You can pay a lot more and not have the convenient location or the amenities that make the Kona Reef a special place. The ocean front pool and spa are very inviting, and the BBQ area is a great place to prepare a dinner and watch the sunset.

You can reserve on line, or you can call us at 888-269-3229 from 9AM to 7PM California Time. We have multiple units, so if one is full for the dates you want, one of our others is probably available. Great Stay with One Caveat

The room was great, the location was very convenient, the property was well-managed with a terrific pool and hot-tub. We loved watching the surfers and body-boarders. During the weekend you can watch the locals entertain themselves with drums, juggling, fire twirling, etc. -- right from your balcony. The caveat I wanted to mention was the noise level. This unit is located very close to the road and the road is quite busy most hours of the day (from early morning to very late at night). We got used to it, but it might bother some.

Location is the best

Very clean condo. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and laundry. The only downside is the noise from the road which makes sitting on the lanai less than enjoyable. Overall the complex is well maintained. The pool and outdoor patio area are perfect.

Nice property & great location.

I only have 2 negative comments. With no assigned parking it's difficult to park onsite. I do wonder about the tandem spots with cars parked in the slots that never leave. Seems like permanent parking. We had to park on the street. Seems unfair to a paying guest with one car.

We had a plumbing problem one Sat night & had no one to report it to as no one is onsite or on call except security & the Call I made to them was a useless effort. Could not understand the spoken language of the recorded mrssage. Thankfully I could flush by hand inside the tank until the office opened on Sun. Maintenance was sent right over to fix our problem.

The AC-DC unit did not cool the bedroom.

Other than this everything was more than fine.

Clean and well supplied

The condo had everything that we needed. Was clean but a bit noisy from the road traffic and quite dark with nearby trees and small bedroom window, but in a great area close to everything. Would really recommend Kona town and the area of the condo. All the other guests and staff were friendly and helpful. The Happy Hour snacks and wine on one day were a good idea.

Very nice place to stay - wonderful view and neighborhood too

Perfect stay
