About the property

The home is 3100+ square feet sitting on almost 1/2 acre on cul-de-sac.

Two story 5-bedroom, 2.5 bath home on a cul-de-sac in Frisco, TX. It is located on the famous "5-billion-dollar mile," named for the $5b in developments that have been built (or are in process) on one mile-long stretch of the Dallas North Tollway, including the Dallas Cowboys training stadium. We have 5 children, our house is very kid-friendly with plenty of room and beds for kids and adults. The house sits on almost 1/2 acre with a large backyard which has a full-size trampoline and gas grill.

The home is 3100+ square feet sitting on almost 1/2 acre at the end of a cul-de-sac. Most of the the home has faux wood flooring with a couple of carpeted rooms.

Master bedroom (upstairs): King size bed, dresser, two side tables. Connected to master bathroom which has a garden tub, walk-in shower, vanity, and two sinks. HUGE master closet (size of a small bedroom). The master closet contains a portable crib and there's plenty of room to set it up in the closet, or it can be moved elsewhere.

Upstairs bedroom #1: Small bedroom with a twin trundle bed. Enough sleeping room for 2 people.

Upstairs bedroom #2: Medium sized room with a bunk bed, full size on bottom and twin size on top. Enough sleeping room for 3 people.

Upstairs bedroom #3: Large room with a queen size bed, a large desk with desk chair, and walk-in closet. Enough sleeping room for 2 people.

Downstairs bedroom: Medium sized room with twin bunk beds, and a wall of built-in shelves with a TON of children's books. Enough sleeping room for 2 people.

Upstairs living room: Couch, table/chairs, TV, Nintendo GameCube, xBox 360, DVD player, book shelf, and toys/board games.

Downstairs living room: Couch with a full-size pull-out bed, love seat, recliner, ottoman, gas fireplace, TV, Blu Ray player, and DVR. Enough sleeping room for 2 people.

Kitchen: Large table that can seat up to 8 people with the leaf (6 without it), large window seat, bar with 3 barstools, two microwaves (one built-in), large french-door refridgerator/freezer, pantry, many cabinets (stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc.), dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster oven, Bosch mixer, toaster, etc.

Dining Room: Large beautiful wood dining room table that can seat 12 people with the leaves (10 without them) and comfy chairs.

Front living room/study: Two desks (one L-shaped and one straight) with desk chairs, and large shelving unit.

Garage: Two-car garage (only one car could fit because some of it is used for storage). Includes a second fridge/freezer.

In total, there are enough beds for 14 people + 1 infant. Plus, there is plenty of floor space for air mattresses and cots, if needed; however, we do not offer any air mattresses.

The neighborhood is very safe and is surrounded by multi-million dollar neighborhoods. Our subdivision is surrounded by a walking path which is probably about a half-mile to a mile long. There is a small park located within our subdivision, about three streets away from us. Our home is located on the famous "5 billion dollar mile" known for the $5b of development that has come to Frisco, including the Dallas Cowboys training facility which is very close to us. We are also close (within 5-15 minutes) to Stonebriar Mall, Toyota stadium, Frisco Convention Center, Toyota World Headquarters, Nebraska Furniture Mart, IKEA, Dr. Pepper Stadium, and MANY restaurants/stores (including Costco, my personal favorite).

For those who may be sensitive to noises, our house sits at the end of the street which is next to Stonebrook Parkway, a 6-lane road. There is also a railroad track not far from our house and trains do go through from time to time. We hardly notice it, but when my mom comes to visit, she always comments on the noise from the road/trains :-)
