Features include chef’s kitchen, sun-filled roof deck terrace with city and Golden Gate Bridge views and multiple outdoor terraces. Spacious loft style living room with fireplace, baby grand piano, and large flat screen TV opens up to the dining area and chef’s kitchen on the main floor. There is also a full bathroom with shower and laundry on main floor. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a second double bedroom are located up the staircase; each bedroom with its own private outdoor decks. Heated floors throughout the house. Just steps from the restaurants and shops of Chestnut and Union Street as well as Marina Green and Fort Mason.

Upscale accommodations--all recently renovated

Three of us stayed in this outstanding accommodation in Cow Hollow--an excellent location. Note the 30X rush-hour express MUNI is just 1-1/2 blocks down the hill to take you to/from the financial district and downtown market locations. Download the app.

Everything in this residence is upscale. Examples: true espresso machine; in-wall propane-fueled fireplace; baby grand piano; wifi; new clothes washer & dryer . . .

A bit chilly in November, but the outdoor patios and roof decks were most inviting, particularly at sunset with Champagne (full supply of wine glasses in kitchen cabinets) while watching the sunset over the Golden Gate Bridge.

Parking appeared to be problematic at first: not so!. The caretaker explained convenient methods to acquire free parking rather easily.

Shopping--including the nearby large Safeway--and fine restaurants were close by.

Only caution: Owners have a dog; not in residence. However, if you are allergy-prone, open all windows in advance.

We would love to return; our November stay was too brief. We recommend this home highly.

BTW, our deposit was returned very promptly.

Beautiful home in the best location

When our original apartment canceled on us with only 2 days left until our trip we were in a panic. We had difficulty getting in touch with any property owners and thought we might have to cancel... but then, Bella to the rescue. She was able to book our 8 day stay same day, even calling me from her international vacation to see if I had any questions. In a few hours we arrived to an impeccably clean home. Olga, the housekeeper, showed us all of the home's amenities including luxury walk in showers, rooftop deck with firepit, and a cluntertop espresso maker. She even provided baby gates to protect our on the go 12 month old from the stairs. We also have to mention the great location- close restaurants and shopping as well as San Francisco sights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bella's home and highly recommend it!

Great property in great location to get around

Stayed in this beautiful location with my family (wife and 3 kids - 7, 9 and 18). Location is really convenient for walking around to good food and good tourist locations. The property itself is really nice and we enjoyed going up on the roof in the evenings and sitting around the fire. I would highly recommend this property for anyone considering a visit to San Francisco.

High-End Everything!

We loved our stay in Bella's home. It felt like we were living in an art gallery. I am a neat freak and everything was so incredibly clean. Everything we used during our stay was high-end... from all linens, closet designs, beds, kitchen appliances, dish ware... All furniture looked and felt brand new, all carefully chosen to perfectly fit the space. Beautiful, spa-like bathrooms! Loved all of the windows and multiple terraces. We are a family of four from Chicago with 2 teenagers. We had a blast on the private rooftop with the fire pit going to enjoy San Francisco's fireworks without fighting the crowds! (we know what that's like living in Chicago) Olga the housekeeper was super friendly and helpful, making our check-in/check-out a breeze. This property sits right in the middle of a high-end, quiet neighborhood. We loved living like locals. After exploring SF each day, we enjoyed walking to the different markets along Union Street (only 2 blocks away!) and buying items we needed to cook in the state-of-the-art kitchen. We had a lot of fun cooking together. Union Street is all hip boutiques, wine bars, interesting coffee shops, great brunch places too. We bought fresh, hand-made pasta of the day from the tiny family run Italian place on Union. (Italian Homemade Company) And there's a fantastic, tiny Mexican carryout kitchen called La Canasta. The nicest people own it and you watch them cook everything from scratch. So cheap, but the best food! We've rented a number of properties over the years through VRBO & Airbnb. This absolutely tops our list. If you want to live like a local in one of the best neighborhoods, but still near enough to easily explore SF, this was perfect! The listing was completely accurate. One of our favorite touristy things we did was walk a couple blocks to rent bikes. From that point, we rode to the water & over the Golden Gate Bridge, then to the adorable European-like village called Sausalito for lunch and shopping. No car needed! The only regret we have is that we should have stayed all month!!!

Very Nice

The owner was very accommodating. The pictures of this home do not do justice to its beauty. The house is stunning and immaculate from top to bottom. Wish we would have stayed longer to cook in the chefs kitchen. Perfect location to catch tourist areas yet secluded for privacy. Safeway was blocks away to pick up what you need. Great stay
