Welcome to one of the most beautiful island retreats mother nature has created. This masterpiece of soft white sand and soothing gulf breezes called Sanibel Island is only 12 miles long and is world renowned for shelling, fishing and all around vacation fun. This cozy island getaway located on the quiet east end of the island consists of 12 buildings with only 4 units per building adding to the Island Style ambiance of the res,ort. Covered parking is conveniently located under each building. Your beachfront home away from home is comfortably furnished in island decor and sleeps 4 with 1 king and 2 twin beds. The high ceilings in this top floor unit make it bright and spacious. There are 3 flat screen cable tv's, dvd player and stereo. The master bedroom includes a window seat overlooking the beach to catch up on your reading or dock your iphone to the clock radio to listen to your own music. The master bath has double sinks, a 7' soaking tub and separate shower. Your own private screened lanai is accessible from the living room and master bedroom offering a full unrivaled view of the gulf of mexico. Relax with your morning coffee admiring the sunrise while listening to the waves and seagulls. Enjoy an after dinner stroll to the Lighthouse and fishing pier while watching the dolphins swim by.

Come and enjoy our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Shell Island Beach Club. Our unit is located on the Gulf of Mexico, directly on the beach, just a short walk to the lighthouse and fishing pier. You will find Unit 7-D fully equipped for housekeeping; linens, towels, beach towels, dishes, cookware, bakeware, utensils, coffee, coffee filters, sugar, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, hair dryer, laundry detergent, washer and dryer. Full kitchen includes toaster, coffeemaker, blender, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker. To further enjoy your days at the beach, we include beach chairs, beach toys, cooler and umbrella for your convenience. There is a commercial ice maker on the ground floor of the office building.

Resort amenities include a large geo thermal heated pool, spa, sauna, tennis court, shuffleboard and gas grills. Free use of bicycles to explore the many miles of bike paths throughout the Island. Free WIFI during your stay. Luggage assistance is available by office staff.

The nearby Sanibel Marina offers boat rentals, shelling trips and fishing charters. If you are more adventurous, kayak and canoe eco tours through the mangroves are available at Tarpon Bay Explorers. We are just a short drive to the public golf courses, wildlife refuge and dozens of fine restaurants and quaint shops. In season don't miss the Sanibel Farmers Market on Sunday morning.

Originally from Chicago, we fell in love with Sanibel and Shell Island Beach Club on our first visit. In 1995 when buildings 5, 6 and 7 were built, we jumped at the chance to own this beautiful piece of paradise.

What makes this condo unique

We love the location on the quiet east end of the Island.

We are walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants including the Lighthouse Cafe, East End Deli (will deliver great subs or wraps), Gramma Dots for dockside dining and Pinocchios ice cream.

Great Condo and Owners

My wife, 11 year old son and I spent a week at the condo. It was a very well maintained and comfortable place. The owners were very responsive. We had sent our deposit in prior to Hurricane Irma. The owner took the time out of their Hurricane preparations to reach out to us and let us know our options prior to making final payment. They also took the time after the Hurricane to put aside their own issues in Fort Myers to check on and report back the condition of the island and the condo. Fortunately everything weathered the storm quite well.

I was very appreciative of working with owners and would highly recommend this condo and owners. It was refreshing working with them in lieu of some of the larger management companies.

Book with them with zero hesitations that you will be well taken care of.

Fantastic

What an incredible condo to stay in. My husband and I come to Sanibel two to three times per year and have rented at various places. This condo far exceeded any other properties that we have rented. The condo was just as depicted in the pictures and when we walked in, felt like home. The owners had everything there to make the stay enjoyable. The kitchen was very well equipped and had many small items that was very much appreciated. Condo was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The view over the Gulf was spectacular and the beach was a very short walk down the path. The entire complex was well maintained and very easy to access. Steve and Diane provided excellent customer service, and we would recommend this property to others who are looking for a vacation on the Gulf of Mexico. We already have booked another week in May as we feel that this is a fantastic place to stay.

Peace on the Gulf

My husband and I loved our stay at unit 7D. It was in perfect condition and very clean with a well-equipped kitchen.

It is a beach front property and we spent many hours beach walking and looking for shells. Breakfast on the veranda as the sun broke over the horizon was a daily treat. We would not hesitate to recommend the unit to friends and family.

Thank you Diane and Steve, and we hope to return soon.

3rd Time is the Charm

This is our third time staying in this condo in 3 years. As always the condo was very clean, had a great view, and all of the amenities we needed for a lovely beach vacation. The shelling, beach, pool and hot tub are wonderful. And so close!

I asked my husband if he would ever want to try out another place to stay and his response was "no". He said we already know the owners are great to work with, are very responsive, that the condo is always nice and comfortable, and always had everything that we need. Plus, the free bikes are nice too.

We can't wait for our next visit!!

For you shellers out there; there are always shells. It just depends what you are looking for. We visited most every beach and each one has different treasures to find. Many were hiding in the water and sometimes just buried under the sand. We found some beauties even when people where saying the shelling wasn't great. We found beautiful shells at the beach right near the condo and by the lighthouse. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE LIVE SHELLS OR SAND DOLLARS!

Great Fall Getaway

Loved 7D!

Loved 7D!!

My husband, daughter, niece and I spent a week at 7D and loved every minute of our vacation. Great location to beach. We spent lots of time shelling each day. The girls enjoyed the pool and we all played a few rounds of shuffleboard.

The condo is perfect. The owners have thought of everything you need for a great stay. Would love to visit again!!
