About Stay Alfred
Hi, friend. Traveling can be such a grind, can't it? Plane rides wrinkle your limited supply of clean clothes. Hotel beds double as chairs for a cramped business meeting or family gathering. Located in our city's' most vibrant neighborhoods and desirable buildings, your Stay Alfred is your home away from home, where you can relax and recharge your batteries (figuratively, of course, but literally, too), invite family or colleagues to gather, cook a meal in your fully equipped kitchen and even replenish your precious supply of clean socks in your in-unit washer and dryer. And, the only thing you'll find in our closets are fresh linens and all of the kitchen conveniences you'd ever need. It's our mission to help you feel at home while you travel. Stay Alfred is… Your place in the city.
Pool / Spa
Great location and very clean unit.
Overall, the unit served our stay very well and the rental rate was fair. The complex is walking distance to Old Town and has the amenities we were looking for, such as a pool and gym. While I accepted the street noise coming in, the four stars are due to troubles accessing the keys to the unit and kitchen lights not working, even though the management company was accessible.
On an incredibly loud corner and the master bedroom hears everything from upstairs to outside
Great location, but it’s a block from a fire department and on a busy corner - really really loud. Beds are decent. Location is excellent. No patio furniture and the door out to the patio sticks and is very hard to open or close. Great layout for a family and well stocked kitchen. Pool is decent but not heated l, so was pretty cold in March. Kids still enjoyed it.
Decent but nothing soeciak
We enjoyed Scottsdale and the location. The unit showed some wear. One bathroom had a strong urine smell although it appeared to be clean. The sheets were Kind of rough. There was a great deal of traffic noise and the small patio wasn't usable because it was right next to the street and there were no chairs.

Great property, I would stay here again!
This property was perfect for what we wanted, it’s very spacious, has a nice washer and dryer, and is modern enough, and a very good location, with decent Wi-Fi and TV . I would have rated it five stars, except for the windows and walls seem to be very thin, and you can hear everything that goes on outside of the apartment. This normally wouldn’t be a problem, except that it’s very close to a fire house, so it was very common to hear sirens during the middle of the night. This didn’t bother us too much, but it was a drawback. However, overall we really loved our stay here, and would certainly do it again.
Good location..... but
We were able to navigate the check in process with no problem. Very well detailed info. We're a little disappointed that it was an apartment on the ground floor with a not very attractive patio in a very large complex and very young (and somewhat loud) tenants. When we entered, there was a..... smell. After a couple of days, candles and ventalation the smell subsided a bit. Also, what was pictured on the VRBO site was not what the apartment was decorated with. Although still nice, but not what I was expecting. We ultimately left early and moved on to a different location.
The VERY BEST thing about this listing is that it is in a perfect location to walk to Old Town (5 min walk) and be able to stumble back after enjoying this fun and lively area.

Clean but dated. Close to Old Town Scottsdale.
First floor end unit. Next to street and common stairway so can be noisy. (People letting gate slam closed) Parking spot is easy to find in parking structure. Place was clean but dated. Blew a fuse with two hairdryers going at the same time. No furniture on the patio area but too chilly to sit out anyway.
Great location for walking to Old Town area.
It was fine for our short stay just not spectacular.
