Pebble Beach House Rental Photos and Description

3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths (Sleeps 6 in beds) (perfect for your Golfing foursome)

This light, bright contemporary Pebble Beach home is the perfect getaway. The home has just finished an extensive remodel to the kitchen/great room and all the bathrooms. The main house includes a huge master with a King Size bed and ensuite Master Bath. Up the stairs is a second large bedroom and a loft space separated by a bathroom. The upstairs beds can be configured as either 2 Twins or a King. The loft/den adjacent to the upstairs bedroom has a sitting area with a Flat screen TV and room to set up additional air mattresses (provided) for sleeping additional guests.

Within the property is a detached 300 square foot guest house. This separate space is the perfect solution for either teens, in-laws, or couples - allowing for private space - yet connection to the main house via the enclosed patio. The Guest house has a mini-fridge, it's own bath and a Flat Screen TV.

The very large living room with its abundant windows provides views to the ocean. There is a game table in this room to either gather to play games, do a little work or eat a meal.

The newly renovated kitchen/great room has a sliding glass door out to an ocean side deck, a large flat screen TV in the sitting area, stackable washer/dryers behind a pocket door, all new top of the line appliances, a large island with seating and great views of the ocean.

Each of the three full bathrooms have also been completed remodeled with all new plumbing, cabinets, flooring, lighting. The bathrooms are roomy, bright, modern and VERY functional.

There is also a powder room right off the main entrance in what used to be a small closet.

There is ample parking at the top of the driveway as well as a several spots along the 17 mile drive, which belong to this property exclusively. There are times when 1 or 2 spaces are available for use in the garage. (please ask if interested).

Enjoy your morning tea/coffee from one of three outdoor patio areas and watch deer, listen for birds, and observe the beauty of the Del Monte Forest which surrounds this special home.

The home makes a great destination golf vacation. The home is perfect for your foursome. Plenty of sleeping space, entertaining space and so convenient to the best golf courses in the world!!

About Tracy Jenkins

My husband, who worked for many years for the original owner and his wife has always loved this home. We purchased the home from the original owner's trust and have committed ourselves to share the home in the way the owners wished. It was always the wish of the original homeowners that those who stay here use the home as a place to explore the incredible Peninsula.

The Original owners hired a contemporary architect to build a structure that would melt into the surrounding Del Monte Forest, while taking advantage of the slope, the view and the natural beauty of the area. They took inspiration from the architecture you find at Sea Ranch on the Mendocino coast.

Although many people have wanted to purchase the property for the land to build a much grander home, we want to continue to share the home with visitors from near and far - as this how the original owners envisioned the home's use. For over 40 years countless friends, family and vacationers have enjoyed the peace, tranquility, location and unique beauty of this one-of-a-kind 17 mile drive home.

What makes this house unique

It's hard not to fall in love with this home each time you turn onto the 17 mile drive after passing the Lodge at Pebble Beach. A curve in the road, a slight turn, and then just before coming to the Lone Cypress you turn up the driveway. Parking the car and climbing a few short stairs to the wooden gate, worn to a weathered gray finish evoking a sense of time and place. The pebbled decks speckled with flower pots, lemon tree, multiple hummingbirds, and more greet you as you turn to the 2 story front entry way filled with light.

We almost always park the car and immediately walk the 200 yards (or less) to the Lone Cypress to enjoy the remarkable setting. We hope you will find the same joy.

Breathtaking and amazing

This house is way more than pictures can ever show. This magic house in the woods, just feels so right in a setting that is beyond words. The overall feel is one of being transported to a magic forest overlooking one of the most scenic bays in the world. Morning breakfast can be enjoyed while watching the otters swim in the bay. This house was everything Tracy described and more. We loved our stay and will be back again.

We enjoyed our stay and felt welcome. The mid-century modern home appreciates the past but is up to date and very comfortable.

We also loved the short walk to the Lone Cypress!

Incredible!

What a location and house. Everything you could possibly need and great views too. Nothing like morning coffee with view of ocean while the deer casually walk by. The owners are fantastic and so helpful made us feel so welcome. Easy access to Carmel and Monterey and so many things to do. Highly recommended

A Beautiful Home and a perfect location.

The home is located on 17 Mile Drive and is a short walk from the Lone Cypress and has views of the ocean. The house is immaculate and has a very nice kitchen which allowed us to make five star dinners. Tracy was very helpful and kept in communications during the week prior to our arrival and during our stay. Paul, the handyman, was friendly and helpful throughout, letting us know of a few oddities with the lighting. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Tracy...

Gorgeous Lone Cypress House

This house is gorgeous! We were a family of 5 traveling from NY, and we were amazed at how beautiful the house was. The location is unbelievable - a 3 minute walk to the Lone Cypress. The house has every possible amenity, and is beautifully decorated. The owner Tracy was extremely kind and helpful. She went out of her way to answer all our questions about the house, things to do, restaurants, golf. We were thrilled to have such a gorgeous setting as our home base, as we enjoyed the area. Thanks Tracy for all your help, and for letting our family stay in your lovely home!

Best. Vacation. Ever!

I still can’t believe how lucky we were to find this house and be able to stay here. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The house itself is interesting, comfortable, and roomy. The pictures truly do not do it justice. The house has been lovingly maintained. The kitchen has new or near new appliances and was really well stocked. We loved the large windows and how the courtyard extended the living space outside. We brought our little dog and were very pleased that the courtyard was a safe, secure place for him to enjoy being outside with us. It felt very private and serene in its exclusive setting in the Pebble Beach grove. Walking the 2 minutes down to the Lone Cypress in the morning and evening quickly became a favorite ritual. We would often have this beautiful spot to ourselves first thing in the morning or near sunset. What a great way to end the day!

The location is just a short drive away from Monterey, Carmel, Pacific Grove, Big Sur and more. All are beautiful and full of things to do with great restaurants, hiking, and more.

Tracy (owner) and Paul (handyman) were extremely responsive and helpful. They made us feel welcome and like honored guests. Thank you so much for sharing this place.

If you are thinking of staying here – just do it! You won’t regret it. We hope to go back and enjoy it again. We've already got friends asking about it because they can hardly believe our pictures.

This Light and Bright contemporary home recently renovated with updated kitchens and baths is located just steps from the Lone Cypress tree right along the historic, scenic 17 mile drive. You can take beautiful walks to Pescadaro point, Cypress Point Golf club, Pebble Beach Golf Club. The location of this rental is one of the best along the drive.

This is a great place for your foursome to relax after a day of golfing at any of the Public golf courses located within a short distance. You can walk up to The Lodge at Pebble Beach, take a short drive to the Fire Pits at Spanish Bay Inn and Resort to hear the bagpiper as the sun goes down!! (This is a don't miss).

The Monterey Bay Aquarium is about 10 minutes away. The town of Carmel and it's quaint shopping is a short 10 minute drive as well.

You can also drive over to Point Lobos and hike the trails or do some diving, snorkeling. (Bring a wetsuit)

Drive down the coast to Nepenthes.

Or just simply relax and enjoy a simple walk along the drive. Bring your bikes and ride along the famous 17 mile drive.
