Wharf on Clyde are true luxury, new apartments located a 6 minute walk from the shops over the bridge and across the river from Batemans Bay main shopping district. You've got everything you need on your doorstep, from restaurants to entertainment. This apartment is a tri-level unit. When you enter this private unit you will walk in at ground level to the entry way and lockup garage then up the stairs to the main living and kitchen area, then the top level is the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

KITCHEN A well stocked kitchen is located upstairs with everything you'll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal. A microwave, dishwasher and stove and oven all for your use. A good size fridge that you can stock with wine and cheese so you feel relaxed.

BEDROOMS Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. The master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite. The second bedroom has a Queen bed.

BATHROOMS There are two bathrooms located on the 3rd level of the unit. A modern ensuite compliments the master bedroom and a second bathroom complete with bath is adjacent to the other bedroom. There is a separate laundry including washing machine and dryer, located in the garage.

LIVING AREA An open plan living area is positioned on the middle level, you can walk out to the private balcony. There is a reverse cycle air conditioning, TV and DVD player.

LAUNDRY is in the garage. There is a Laundry tub, Front loading washing machine, Clothes Dryer. Please note: the washing machine requires front loading washing powder only.

PARKING - there is allocated parking at the front of the complex for quick stops and for guests.

PETS Unfortunately this apartment isn't suitable for pets.

BOOKINGS High- 7 night minimum. Saturday -Saturday Mid and Low- 2 night minimum no Sunday Arrival

    Batemans Bay Accommodation is a cashless office. Payments must be made with Visa or Master Card.

    To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total rental plus a booking fee of $65.00, and an accidental damage fee of $59.00 is to be paid within 48hrs of booking.

    If a deposit is not paid by the due date, your booking is subject to cancellation.

    The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

    Bookings made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full at the time of the booking.

    The key lock box number will not be sent unless full payment and a Guest Registration Form has been completed to act as a security bond for the property.
