I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath renovated home that was built in 1946. This home will remind you of what a home is suppose to be.
I am a 9 minute drive from the TCU campus, 15 minutes from the famous Fort Worth Stockyards, and 8 minutes from downtown Fort Worth.
My home has a living room with one large couch, two comfy chairs, and seats six people. The living room also has a 32" television with Netflix, Hulu, etc. There is Wi-Fi throughout the entire home so you will have an internet connection for tablets, phones, etc. There is also a patio area for your enjoyment.
This home is nestled in a family-focused neighborhood, near all of the amenities of downtown living. It is located within 5 miles of Fort Worth's Cultural District, which includes museums, restaurants, and shopping.
The neighborhood was established in the early 1940's. While some of the homes have been updated, many are still owned and occupied by the original owners. My visitors enjoy the character of older homes and the casual greetings from neighbors.

About Yolanda Columbus
I grew up on the east side of Fort Worth, TX. My family is a strong unit and my parents still reside in the house where I grew up. When it was time to go to college, I needed a college close but not too close. So, I chose Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. I spent 15 years in Bryan/College Station earning 2 degrees, getting married, and building lifelong relationships. In 2012, I moved back to the Metroplex for what was then my dream job. Being close to family again - my parents, my siblings, my nieces and nephews- shifted my focused from career to family. I started hosting to help others build lasting memories with their family.
Why Yolanda Columbus chose Tarrant County
This property is nestled in an established family-focused neighborhood near all the amenities of a up and coming posh neighborhood. It's location will appeal to multiple generations. Hence, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to set it up as a vacation rental for families.

Cute house. Close proximity to everything
Nice little house. Good location.
We were very happy with this home. The home was well taken care of, clean and a very relaxing place to stay in Ft. Worth. I highly recommend renting it. The owner was more than helpful and friendly.
Small older home that has been remodeled.
Great location! Our family was showing at the ft Worth livestock show and location could not be better. Very close to fast food , central market, restaurants and shopping. Older neighborhood that is definitely on the upswing and the owner is very easy to work with.
Wonderful location while watching the NCHA Futurity in Ft. Worth. Nice neighborhood!
We had never stayed in a VRBO before, so I was a little nervous to how it all worked! But Yolanda was a wonderful hostess who was quick to respond to emails and text. She even had snacks waiting for us when we arrived! Including snacks for our grandson!
The house had plenty of room for a quick weekend retreat for our family. The home has three bedrooms and two baths. The master bath had a nice walk in shower!!! Our two grown sons, our daughter in law, and grandson had a great time as well. Yolanda even had a pack in play for our grandson...that was a huge help!!
Also we were thrilled to be close by shops and Central Market. So it was a great location for us!! We hope to stay here again!!
If you are looking for a vrbo close to Will Rogers coliseum, than this one is only a couple of miles away! And Yolanda is great to answer questions and will help make your stay a great one!
