Villa Pasithea sits among an array of Greek flora and fauna atop a hill just above Lefkas Town overlooking olive groves, the surrounding Islands and sparkling waters of the Ionian. Located just a short drive from an array of beaches on both the East and West coast, ideal for day trips out. This brand new, beautifully furnished property has four bedrooms; ideal for a family of six, two families with young children or a group of friends. With a private pool, built-BBQ and spacious terrace area.

The main entrance which is accessed through the back of the property leads directly into an open plan breakfast kitchenette, dining and living area with beautiful high ceilings and exposed beams. Light floods in through the tall windows and French doors that lead out to the balcony area, furnished with table and chairs. From this elevated vantage point, you can watch the sun rise over the patchwork of villages, mountains, and Islands or while away evenings looking across to the twinkling lights of Lefkada under a starry sky.

Steps lead downstairs to a second open plan kitchen, dining and living area with direct access to the poolside terrace. Comfortable sofas look out through large French doors to the view beyond and the lounge area is fitted with a flat-screen TV. The larger downstairs kitchen is close to the terrace and BBQ, making it perfect for preparing evening meals before heading to the outside dining area to enjoy food with a view.

Both floors have an ultra modern bathroom with shower cubicle and brand new fittings and fixtures. There is also a washing machine and we provide washing powder and softener for your use.

The kitchens are fully equipped with everything you would need including kettle, coffee machine, microwave, large cooker, fridge with freezer compartment and all the necessary cooking utensils, pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery.

Villa Pasithea has a spacious pool terrace thoughtfully designed and furnished with sun beds, large umbrellas for shade, an outdoor dining area and large built-in BBQ; for which we will provide you with charcoal, firelighters, and all necessary utensils. There is also an outdoor shower located on the pool terrace.
