The deck faces the Nacional Teatro Cervantes across the street, and the famous Teatro Colón is only one block away. The numerous restaurants and cafes dispersed throughout the neighboring area will put you in contact with the local shopkeepers who represent the essence of the city.

Laundry: A common area laundry room is also located in the building. The washer and dryer machines are coin-operated and each cost an estimated AR$4 per cycle per machine. There are also several very reputable and inexpensive dry-cleaners / laundromats nearby that will wash & fold and provide same day delivery service if desired.
We stayed at the apartment for two weeks in Nov 2012. It was everything we expected and more.
The apartment is spacious, beautiful, quiet, and had all the kitchen utilities you can wish for. The location was great, in the city center but very close to Recoleta. We felt safe walking around at all hours of the day.
Commuting was easy since it's only 2.5 blocks from the subway and there are lots of buses in one block radius.
Our hosts- After traveling for 4 months with my wife and staying in several apartments in the continent, we can say that by far, Raul and Cecilia (onsite mangers) are the best hosts. Before booking, they answered all our questions (not only about the apartment!) very quickly and with great detail.
Cecilia greeted us with a warm welcome, gave us tips on where to go and helped us figure buenos aires throughout our stay.
We have been helped by Cecilia on numerous occasions and have stayed in her properties for years. Location is great. Cecilia is very professional and helpful. Can't wait to return. HB
We had a very nice week at the apartment. It is confortable and very well located, in between the business area and the more residential/turistic Recoleta.
The apartment has the basics in the kitchen. The bed sheets are the best we had in all the apartments we rented. The towels are OK. Overall, it is a great apartment, but it may need more than a superficial cleaning. Cecilia was a wonderful host and very understanding when we "misplaced" one of the keys (later found). Also, we felt secure at all hours.
We had the perfect stay in this apartment which is very conveniently located for sight seeing and restaurants. We were three, me and my husband and our 15 year old son. It was very clean and comfortable and safe with 24 hour porters. I would highly recommend the apartment, but I would even more highly recommend the helpful services of Cecilia who made us feel very welcome and Mingo who drove us around.
C, the host, was very prompt and helpful from the very first communication and went above and beyond once we arrived. The apartment is exactly as per the pictures with everything you could need: great wifi, tv (if you understand Español but, for the gringo me, interesting to watch nonetheless) and all the amenities/facilities, even the doormen are excellent always smiling.
You over look Teatro Cervantes and 2 blocks from Teatro Colon, 9th of July Ave (Main Street of central BA) is one block away, steps from San Telmo, Palermo is a easy cheap cab ride away, subway also 2 blocks away, many supermarkets very close by, restaurants..... Location, location, location.

The apartment is just as depicted in the photographs. It is not luxurious but extremely well appointed and clean. While it could use a fresh coat of paint, that does not deter from the enjoyment of the bright unit with partial view of the Cervantes theatre and beautiful architecture. The only bedroom is ample and located in the back of the apartment which allows for a restful night of sleep. Location is wonderful, and it feels safe. One block away from beautiful parks, and walking distance for many enjoyable places and venues, such as the Colon theatre. Cecilia is just fantastic, easy to communicate with, honest and reliable. She makes the tenant feel at ease and provides with top level service. I would not hesitate renting from her again in the future.
O apartamento é excelente com tudo e muito mais que precisamos, ele é amplo, confortável, muito bem equipado, localização excelente, tudo próximo ( metrô, restaurantes, teatros, cafés, supermercados, etc. ). A quem irá à Buenos Aires recomendo sem pestanejar. Além de tudo ainda tem o suporte da Cecília, que é um capítulo à parte, nos atendeu maravilhosamente, sempre solicita em nos auxiliar para que a experiência em Buenos Aires seja a melhor possível. Enfim, excelente!!! Parabéns Cecilia!!
