This tropically decorated three-story home has an open living plan and a beautiful private pool and Jacuzzi area that is ideal for relaxing in your own private oasis, Margarita in hand (rocks or blended!) You’ll be just a few blocks from some of Key West’s most famous restaurants: El Siboney, Flaming Buoy, La-Te-Da, Louie’s Backyard, Salute and Seven Fish to name just a few. Take the guess work out of your vacation home search and spend a month in "Viva Margarita!" – salt or no salt.
***This home is available for lease by the month, in accordance with local ordinances strictly enforced by the City of Key West. The minimum lease is for 27 nights in February and for 29 nights during any other period.
THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN…
Upon entering the home, you’ll notice the open layout of the living area, perfect for entertaining. The living room has a large flat screen TV and plenty of comfortable beachy seating. The dining table seats six, and is located between the living room and the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has every tool and appliance needed to prepare a meal from the comforts of home. There is also a powder room located off the living room.
THE PRIVATE POOL, JACUZZI, & POOL HOUSE…
Just out the back-sliding doors is where happy hour takes place at “Viva Margarita!” Enjoy floating in your very own private pool with a drink in hand, or relax in the Jacuzzi spa that can be heated for a soothing hot tub, or kept cool with jets for cooling off in the summer months. The pool deck is spacious, with a propane BBQ grill, outdoor dining set, and comfortable patio furniture. The lush landscaping that surrounds the deck provides plenty of privacy.
On the other side of the pool deck is a unique pool house, perfect to escape the sun or find some privacy from a crowded house (should happy hour not do the trick.) The air-conditioned pool house has a sofa, a full bathroom and even a wet bar with a mini fridge and a sink.
“Viva Margarita!” has three separate bedrooms in the main house. The first two bedrooms are located on the second floor, each with a Queen bed, spacious closet space, a flat screen TV, balcony access, and an en suite bathroom.
The master suite is located on the third floor and has a King bed, a flat screen TV, an en suite bathroom, and its’ own private sitting room. The sitting room could also serve as a small bedroom for kids or extra guests as it is complete with a Queen-sized daybed, a large flat screen TV with gaming system, and a desk in case work requires a quick break from happy hour life (but hopefully not too much work!)
Central AC, Off-Street Parking, Private Heated Pool, Jacuzzi Spa, Propane BBQ Grill, Washer/Dryer, Flat Screen TVs and Cable TV throughout, Fully Appointed Kitchen, Linens and Towels provided. Interim housekeeping provided upon request. Wireless high-speed Internet access throughout the property. This property will accommodate 8 adults. Pets allowed.

Discounts may be available for non-transient monthly rentals during certain times of the year. You retain the right to use, possession and enjoyment of the home during the entire period. In order to comply with City rental regulations the following also applies: Family and friends who stay at the house during the lease period must be named in the contract. No sub-leasing is permitted. The first $100 of electric is included in monthly rentals.
Last Key Realty requires a deposit of 50% of the rental total in order to hold the reservation, and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check in. Last Key Realty accepts payment via most major credit cards, as well as by check. The first $100 of electric is included in monthly rentals.
