This top floor, north facing unit is stylish and sophisticated and has expansive water views of stunning Shoal Bay Beach and the Port Stephens Headlands. The quality beach furnishings complete the two-bedroom, air-conditioned unit. Enjoy the FREE WIFI throughout the unit.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a half dishwasher, stove top and oven with the option to dine inside at the dining table or outside on the comfortable balcony.  The balcony is equipped with gas barbeque for your convenience and while enjoying your time outside you can view the sunsets. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and is combined with the washing machine and clothes dryer.

The main bedroom has a Queen Bed, water views and built in wardrobe with ample storage.

The second bedroom has two single beds and water views available from the window facing the balcony.

There is one car space for you in the undercover secured garage.

The complex Bay Village is right amongst the action Shoal Bay has to offer. Within walking distance to the IGA, local cafes and restaurants, The Gamefish Club, The Country Club and more. A short walk East will take you to the popular Tomaree Mountain and of course across the road is the crystal-clear water of Shoal Bay Beach.

Please note this property includes sheets and towels, however you are required to bring beach towels.

A holding Security Bond of $500 is required for this property in addition to the holiday accommodation total.
