Everything is new: appliances, tile flooring, linens, bedding and furnishings so it is clean, clean, clean! It is a comfy 600 square foot condo that sleeps up to five people with 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen, living room and lanai. The bedroom has 2 queen beds and the living room has a full size sofa bed.

The full kitchen contains all you will need for your stay: plates, glasses, silverware, full size stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, pots and pans, etc. We also have a Pack 'n Play available for a small child.
In case you have to do some work during your visit, we have installed free high-speed internet and WIFI in the room. This is your own private network, not a shared network. Even if you do not have to work, you'll be able to share your awesome photos and videos very quickly!
This unit is in the very popular Waikiki Banyan condominium with great amenities and located just a 5-minute walk from one of the most famous beaches in the world! There is a large recreation deck on the 6th floor with swimming pool, spa/hot tub, sauna, barbecue grills, tennis court, children's playground and snack bar.
It is also close to the Honolulu zoo, Kapiolani park, Waikiki aquarium, Waikiki Marine Life Conservation District, restaurants, live music venues, surfing, swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, hiking, farmers markets and many more fun activities. It is in easy walking distance of the new International Marketplace, popular spots like Duke's, Blue Note, grocery store, and hundreds of shops.

About Steve Marcotte
We have owned and managed Hawaii Vacation Rentals since 1993 and helped many thousands of guests to enjoy their stay in paradise. We are a boutique rentals and sales company that focus our attention on a small number of properties. Steve is a real estate broker and has been licensed in Hawaii since 1999. Iku is a licensed real estate agent and a native Japanese speaker. We have traveled extensively and this gives us an understanding of what our guests need to make their stay enjoyable and safe. And being owners of rentals gives us the experience to help others buy and sell rentals and second homes. We founded a vacation rental company named A Piece of Paradise on Hawaii Island (aka The Big Island) in 1996 and managed wonderful vacation homes in a special area named Kapoho. In 2011 we sold A Piece of Paradise and began relocating to Honolulu. A multi-year search for properties followed, and our hard work paid off! In addition to managing our own properties we also love to help others buy their own piece of paradise in Hawaii. Solid place to stay on your vacation
Good view of Diamond Head and the ocean. Clean condo that comes with a lot of the things you’ll need for the beach! Easy in and easy out. If you’re thinking about heading to Waikiki for your next getaway then I would have to recommend this property!
My friend and I just got back from staying in this condo. Steve was extremely helpful and answered our calls and questions quickly. The only negative that I can think of is that they were doing some kind of construction in the hotel and we were woken up very early (6am) on a couple of mornings. Other than that the experience was excellent.
Perfect Location in Waikiki
We had a wonderful stay here. Love the Waikiki Banyan because of its location, easy walk to beach everyday, as well as near Kapiolani Park and zoo. So convenient to have the parking and free WiFi too. The condo is immaculate and updated nicely. Steve supplied the place with plenty of clean towels, linens and sundries. We would definitely return here on future Waikiki trips!
We had a nice time in Waikiki. Until had all that was needed. One sugggestion would be a small broom and dust pan. Enjoyed our stay.
yea's and nay's
you need new sheets that fit the beds and the towels need to be replaced or bleached and most of all you new a new couch it is very uncomfortable and some one needs to empty the sweeper we left the condo very clean so any money charged for damage control should be refunded for the most part we enjoyed the condo hope this is helpful since you do not live in it these are things you would not know hope it helps future people who do stay there

I have passed your comments on to our professional linen supply company to ensure that they only provide high quality linens for our guests. This is the first complaint we have had about the couch and I will check it out as soon as we have a vacancy.
I encourage anyone reading this review to please let the owner/manager of your rental know of any issues as soon as they happen rather than posting them in a review after you leave. Give them a chance to fix it while you are there.

This is the second time we've stayed at the Banyan. Love the proximity to everything. Our suite was exactly as Steve advertised and even more well equipped with 'little touches' that made it that much more comfortable and convenient. We appreciated the boogie boards, chairs, cooler bags, blender, rice cooker, lots of serving dishes, baskets for laundry..... We came with 7 other families, and ours was definitely one of the best equipped rooms. The full kitchen and proximity to grocery stores meant a significant saving, as eating out in Waikiki can get costly.
The view of sunrise over Diamond Head and ocean without getting out of bed, or with a coffee on the lanai was a great way to start every morning.
Everything was clean and went exactly as advertised. We had no need to connect with anyone on arrival - simply entered the agreed door code and we were in. Free parking and wifi are definite added bonuses!
Wow, there are so many things to see and do on this island! Of course number one on the list is Waikiki Beach which is only 250 meters away. Safe swimming for kids, surfing lessons and board rentals and people-watching. The Honolulu zoo and Kapiolani Park are only a couple of minutes walk. Pearl Harbor is an important historical site and is the main reason some people come to Hawaii.
