You want a vacation. You NEED a vacation!!!!

You want a clean home-away-from-home with a great location, enchanting views and lots of amenities. Well, this recently remodeled piece of paradise at Waikiki Beach with ocean and full Diamond Head view is the perfect place for you!

Everything is new: appliances, tile flooring, linens, bedding and furnishings so it is clean, clean, clean! It is a comfy 600 square foot condo that sleeps up to five people with 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen, living room and lanai. The bedroom has 2 queen beds and the living room has a full size sofa bed.

The full kitchen contains all you will need for your stay: plates, glasses, silverware, full size stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, pots and pans, etc. We also have a Pack 'n Play available for a small child.

In case you have to do some work during your visit, we have installed free high-speed internet and WIFI in the room. This is your own private network, not a shared network. Even if you do not have to work, you'll be able to share your awesome photos and videos very quickly!

This unit is in the very popular Waikiki Banyan condominium with great amenities and located just a 5-minute walk from one of the most famous beaches in the world! There is a large recreation deck on the 6th floor with swimming pool, spa/hot tub, sauna, barbecue grills, tennis court, children's playground and snack bar.

It is also close to the Honolulu zoo, Kapiolani park, Waikiki aquarium, Waikiki Marine Life Conservation District, restaurants, live music venues, surfing, swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, hiking, farmers markets and many more fun activities. It is in easy walking distance of the new International Marketplace, popular spots like Duke's, Blue Note, grocery store, and hundreds of shops.

If you have been to Waikiki before you will really appreciate that this property comes with FREE PARKING. And if you don't want to drive but visiting other locations is on your agenda, it is right next to bus stops that give you access to the whole island.

We have been in the Hawaii Vacation Rental business since 1993. (click see All My Rental Listings below to view our other properties and read reviews).

Steve is a real estate broker and has been licensed in Hawaii since 1999. Iku is a licensed real estate agent and a native Japanese speaker. We have traveled extensively and this gives us an understanding of what our guests need to make their stay enjoyable and safe. And being owners of rentals gives us the experience to help others buy and sell rentals and second homes.

We founded a vacation rental company named A Piece of Paradise on Hawaii Island (aka The Big Island) in 1996 and managed wonderful vacation homes in a special area named Kapoho. In 2011 we sold A Piece of Paradise and began relocating to Honolulu. A multi-year search for properties followed, and our hard work paid off!

In addition to managing our own properties we also love to help others buy their own piece of paradise in Hawaii. Even if you cannot live in Hawaii full time, It is a wonderful feeling to know that you have property is here and you can come whenever you want. And when you are not staying at your property the rent can help pay the bills.

Fantastic location, great views of Diamond Head and the ocean, awesome amenities, close to an incredible number of restaurants and bars and to top it all off, only a block from Waikiki Beach, the zoo and Kapiolani park!

What makes this condo unique

The Waikiki Banyan has great amenities: large swimming pool, spa, sauna, tennis court, basketball court, nice barbecue area and a playground for the kiddies. There is a snack bar next to the pool and a coffee shop and convenience store by the lobby. And if you've been to Waikiki before you know what a great feature our FREE parking is!

Perfect fit

My daughter and I recently spent several days looking at colleges in Honolulu. Steve's condo was a perfect fit at a great price. Two comfy beds, soft towels, new amenities, free garage parking, great view of D Head and only a block from the sand. I highly recommend it!

Great location with nice view

We, four adults, enjoyed staying at the condo. Great location, convenient parking, spacious living room/ kitchen area. Two queen beds are nice, but the the sofa bed is a bit softer for me. There are a boogie board and couple beach chairs that can be taken to the beach.

Bath room is small and the shower area is bit dated. Air condition unit was noisy. Steve was nice to bring a brand new blanket when we asked for it. Over all, I think it's a better option than hotels.

Owner's Response: Aloha Patricia! I wish you had let me know about the air conditioner noise while you were staying at our condo. We bought that high-quality air conditioner about 3 months ago and have not had any complaints before or after your stay. We would have done whatever we could to resolve any noise you were experiencing. I always ask guests to let me know about ANY problems during their stay and as you mentioned, I brought you a new blanket when you asked for it. Concerning the sofa bed, we recently bought the mattress topper because guests were complaining the mattress was too hard! Sorry you thought it was too soft. We TRY to please everybody! Thanks again for your review. In the future, please let the owner know of any issues while you are staying at their rental to give them a chance to make your stay as good as it can be. Excellent stay. Great apartment.

We loved staying in Steve's apartment. It is clean, much bigger than we had imagined, had everything we needed and is in a great spot. The apartment is only one block from the beach, has a great cafe at the bottom and is close to lots of shops and great walks. Steve was really helpful and was easy to contact during our stay. We travelled with a young child and the apartment had a travel cot for us which saved us bringing one. We would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again.

Awesome Rental near the beach

Wow, there are so many things to see and do on this island! Of course number one on the list is Waikiki Beach which is only 250 meters away. Pearl Harbor is an important historical site and is the main reason some people come to Hawaii.
