Lol Ka'naab #9 is a highly rated 2BR/2BA 3rd floor, desireable end unit, beachfront condo in Akumal! Located centrally on a sandy section of popular Half Moon Bay, take a short walk along the sand to several beach bars and fantastic restaurants nearby. Relax by the private pool or in a terrace hammock while listening to the sound of the tranquil lapping waves. This is by far one of Caribbean Fantasy's favorite properties and one of our client's most popular choices of accommodation in Akumal. Lol Ka'naab #9 has a terrific location on Half Moon Bay, within walking distance of Yalku Lagoon, restaurants and shops. The caretakers are wonderful hosts; keeping the units clean, well kept and stunning. The tap water is safe to drink, as all units have filtered by reverse osmosis, softened, purified water. This is unique to Lol Ka'naab in Akumal. Since the water has a slightly salty taste, bottled water is also provided.

The open floor plan and spacious rooms make a stay at Lol Ka'naab #9 refreshing during any season. The views out over the beach and Half Moon Bay are breathtaking. The pool here is beachfront, and sits slightly higher than the main beach adding some privacy for guests. Lol Ka'naab #9 has a queen in the master and 3 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. A/C in the bedrooms, cable, TV, wifi, room fans and both rooms have en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen has granite and there are cool marble floors throughout. There is bar seating in the kitchen and additonal space on the open air beachfront terrace. A beach BBQ is available for guests, as well as kayaks. The area is ecologically protected and famous for its sea turtle nesting grounds. In fact, turtle nests can often be found in the sand just in front of Lol Ka'Naab. Excellent snorkeling is also right outside your door. A crib may be available, however, guest needs to provide the sheet. Lol Ka'naab #9 has everything you are looking for in a tranquil, tropical getaway! This is a great property for families.

Here is a fun tid-bit - when we started, there was only one land line phone in the area, so we did all our business by fax - the caretakers would pedal in on their bikes each day to see if they had a fax posted on the board, to find out when the next guest was arriving! The internet was not even a household word...... In the best interest of our clients, our focus is soley on vacation rentals, so we know each property initmately, a huge advantage over our competition. The condo is great. It’s not brand new or anything but is very well kept and clean.

We love half moon bay because it is picture perfect, not very touristy, bars and restaurants within a easy walk. When the weather is more calm you can walk right into the ocean (wearing foot protection because the shallow area is rocky) and get some good snorkeling in. The condo had everything we needed

Akumal is a coastal resort on Mexico’s Riviera Maya, on the Yucatán Peninsula. Akumal Beach has white sands, a coral reef and warm waters rich in marine life, including turtles. To the north, Half Moon Bay has a curved beach, while Yal-ku Lagoon teems with colorful tropical fish, plus stingrays and barracudas. The areal is known for its caves, and cenotes (freshwater pools). Tulum is 25 minutes south.
