Welcome to “The Naples Island Getaway”. Newly remodeled home! Totally new furniture and amenities. This is a beautiful and cozy, single level home, with an open floor plan that has a bright and elegant feel. The home is a side by side duplex with a town house next door that is also available for a vacation rental. We are located right on the very popular 2nd Street. Close to many Great Restaurants & shops! There’s free and ample street parking right in front of our property or within a few yards away.One block away from Naples Canal and Mothers beach. 5 minute walk to Belmont Shore Resturant's, Shops, and Bars. 2.5 miles from the Queen Mary, Aquarium of the Pacific, Shoreline village. Approximately a 30 minute drive to popular Socal destinations: Disneyland, knots berry farm, Orange County, Angels Stadium, & Los Angeles.

No loud Music or very loud talking outside.

As with All Residential Areas, we have to respect night time quiet time.

***NO Backyard/Patio use after 9:00 P.M. ***If we get a noise complaint after this time then you will forfeit your security deposit.

Upon checking out, if you use our Kitchen Supplies, please wash them and put them back.

Please take out all the trash and recyclables and put them in the brown bin (trash) and purple (recycle) bin outside to prevent ants.

2nd Street Stay

Recently updated, this little home faces Long Beach's popular 2nd Street -- a busy thoroughfare dotted with restaurants and shops. The unit, with two bedrooms, one bath, a living room/kitchen and rear patio with al fresco dining table is part of a larger house.

It's nicely appointed, including cable tv and new washer/dryer. The owner is friendly and accessible.

Noise from the street and from the larger nextdoor unit -- their patio is right off this unit's master bedroom -- was an issue, but not a dealbreaker. GPS directions at arrival were slightly confusing. On-street parking, just off 2nd, was always available.

Nice neighborhood with park, canals, and rental bikes easily accessible.

Owner's Response: Hi Bruce, I’m sorry you had issues with the noise caused by the other set of guests staying at the next door townhouse. They were celebrating a family reunion and if you had notified me about their noise, I would’ve contacted them immediately. I also clearly stated on my listing that this is a side by side duplex property located right on the very desirable and popular 2nd Street. There are easy access to shops, restaurants, beaches and canals within walking distance. There are brand new double pane windows and AC units. When the windows are all closed and the AC is circulating, it is quite peaceful.
