An ideal location for both work and play, this luxury condo has unique architectural design features, spectacular panoramic views, and an interior space filled with opulent, custom designed upgrades that are second to none. Along with phenomenal views, you will have excellent seats to the firework displays that occur a few times a year from the comfort of your own balcony. We love our vacation home and visit often for the entertainment, shopping and relaxation opportunities it offers. The fifteenth story, 270° view of downtown Victoria from the amazing wall-to-ceiling windows and wrap-around balcony, the sumptuous interiors and custom designed features evident in every room, and the incredible location within walking distance to any amenity desired make this a vacation destination to be envied.
We recently stayed in this beautiful condo for 1 week. It has a beautiful view of the harbour and the balcony is a very nice place to enjoy the sunset. The kitchen is fully stocked for those who want to cook. The condo is very well maintained and does not look run down like a lot of rental units. There was a fair bit of noise from the rooftop bar located next door. The owner Valerie told us about this several times before our arrival. Valeri is very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We would rent this property again.
The rooftop bar right across the street provides late night noise beyond being acceptable. The master bed was very difficult to get out of because of the wide padded rail. The living room furniture was not comfortable for 'lounging'. In a positive note: The condo was clean.
Stayed here twice in last year for 3 weeks and 1 week, respectively. Truly excellent accommodation and location - all amenities & great views. Plus, owner is appropriately responsive, organized & helpful, but non-intrusive.
This condo was absolutely beautiful with the highest quality construction, furniture, amenities, etc. The entire front room directly overlooks the Victoria Harbor and we spent quite a bit of time on the balcony or from the front room just watching the city go by. The condo has a full kitchen, well stocked for cooking or entertaining. Both bedrooms were also well appointed, with incredibly comfortable beds. While we look forward to staying here again, I would not recommend this property to those looking to bring children. The high quality of the furniture and amenities also comes with the risk of items being broken. Additionally, I would not feel safe having kids with any access to the balcony as the railings are fairly low and there condo is quite high up. Otherwise, I highly recommend this property!
Everything about this place is perfect from the furnishings to the monogramed wash cloths. It is equipped with anything you would need for a home. The view is like watching a beautiful painting that changes from night throughout the day. I cannot forget to mention Valerie, who is so helpful and works to make your stay the best possible.
Great location next to the Empress Fairmount with incredible views. Walking distance to everything that you need from great restuarants, grocery stores, shopping, Oldest China town in Canada, etc. It is quality accommodation and the owner Val is wonderful. One of the best VRBO I have ever booked.

Please note, if you cancel before 6 weeks prior to your arrival date, only the initial deposit of half the total rental fee is kept and there is no additional charge.
