THE SERVICES - The unit comes with its own maid who will clean the unit daily or as requested. In addition, the unit is located in the gated and secured Seawinds Condominium complex. As such, the property services includes two large and newly renovated residents/guests only pools. The pools and property is fully staffed with 24- hour security, maintenance workers, pool/beach attendants and a conciege. There is a convenience store located on premises, a business/conference room; and a gym/workout room (under construction). In addition, there is an upscale (island casual) beach front restaurant (Tuva) right next door and many restaurants and shops within a short walk along the beach or a 5 minute car ride into town. Further, many services (private chefs, childcare, transportation, goceries, take-out excursions, etc.) can be arranged and/or facilitated through the Seawinds concierage or with the help of the units exclusive property managers.
