Are you looking for the ultimate Cape Cod vacation home? Well look no further as this house has it all! This lovely 3 bedroom 2.5 bath contemporary is practically waterfront with access to a private beach directly in front of the house across a sandy lane. The large deck faces the water and can be accessed from the sliding glass doors in the living area. The main level features an open living/dining/kitchen area surrounded by large full length windows. You can view those beautiful bay sunsets while you are dining or relaxing in the living room or on the wrap around deck. The open and airy kitchen has a skylight & vaulted ceilings. There is also a 1/2 bath off the kitchen.The master bedroom is on the main level. It has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and full bath. The lower level has a large light & bright family entertainment room with pull out queen sofa, crib, and TV. There are two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin over twin bunkbed and a queen bed. There is also a full bath & a large laundry room. Central Air Conditioning, WiFi, large flat screen TVs, wine cooler, wrap around deck, outdoor enclosed shower, alarm system, and so much more make this tastefully decorated and well maintained home a most enjoyable vacation.

We rented in Eastham for many years. We had some good and bad experiences. We have vowed to learn from the bad experiences to make your stay the best possible. Tenant feedback is critical to the process. We will continue to invest in this house to make your stay the best possible. Since purchasing our home in May of 2013, we've made the following improvements:

2013: new electronics, kitchen equipment, artwork

2014: renovated and expanded both full bathrooms; new living room furniture

2014 (post rental season): new and larger deck

2015: renovated 1st floor bedrooms, with new furniture and porelain tile floors. New deck furniture.

A Perfect Vacation House

This house is clean, comfortable, regularly updated/maintained, equipped with all the modern conveniences and had plenty of room for my family of 8. Being directly across from the beach made it easy to go back and forth all day, and also provided wonderful views of the bay, including beautiful sunsets. New bedroom furniture, new mattresses, recently remodeled large bathrooms, brand new wrap-around deck and central AC are just some of the aspects of this house, which made it such a comfortable, relaxing, perfect vacation for our family.

Wonderful House!

This house is the perfect house for a large family. There were 8 adults and we

never got in each other's way. The sleeping arrangements were great as well.

Having the large room downstairs was the perfect place for my son and his

family. The crib is a great bonus, no need to pack the Pack 'N Play! The house

was very well equipped and everything in the kitchen was labeled, which made it

easy to find things. The location is great, right across the street from a

private association beach. Great view from the living area of the house,

including those beautiful bay sunsets. We have been renting in Eastham for over

20 years and this house is our favorite!
