There is also a third sofa bed so the property can also accommodate a further two guests. The main bedroom is on a mezzanine floor with dual aspect views overlooking Chichester and there are direct views of Chichester Cathedral and East Walls. There is a quality fitted kitchen, with Neff appliances including a washer - dryer, dining area, lounge area, flat screen television and wireless internet connection. The property is very well equipped with high quality furniture and is absolutely ideal for business people or holiday makers wanting an upmarket retreat in this beautiful, historic city. It is available for either short 3 day breaks or longer stays and provides an ideal base for people wanting to explore the many places and events to visit in the area. Regret no pets or smokers.

" The Penthouse is ideally located just a short walk from the centre of Chichester. Access to shops, restaurants and pubs is good. It is also well placed for easy access to a number of parks and other open spaces, perfect for an evening walk. Alternatively you can just sit in the lounge and watch the pedestrian traffic on the town wall immediately below.

We found the Penthouse clean, tidy and very modern, with all the features you would expect. My two young daughters shared a bedroom, sufficiently far away from the living room to not be disturbed. While only an apartment, it provided ample space for our needs. We were not disturbed by our neighbours, and in fact did not hear them at all."
