This newly built luxurious and fully furnished five acre vacation property situated directly on the beach has magnificent ocean and intracoastal views from its eleventh floor balcony. Its location combines all of the amenities of downtown living with beautiful beachfront sights and sounds.

The mediterranean style architecture along with its resort style amenities are one of a kind. The beach and the pool are major attractions and the fully equipped fitness and cardiovascular pavilion with mens and women locker rooms and sauna overlooking the ocean is an attractive asset. There is a second afternoon pool with barbecue area overlooking the intracoastal and a pick/up drop/off courtesy dock for boats and water taxis.

You have access to the internet in the business center located near the lobby and concierge to arrange for services such as maid and housekeeping, catering, and dry-cleaning, social activities, and more. Twenty four hour security lobby and free valet service.

Feels and looks more like an apartment building rather than a "beachfront luxury building"

Gym out of operation, leaks in the parking lot damaging cars, 1 elevator out of 3 out of operation, units with carpets. Overall not that bad but overpriced & overpromised for what you finally get. Beach and pool area though very nice.

Owner's Response: As an owner of this property I apologize for any inconveniences my guests may encounter in the event a renovation to common areas or maintenance to an elevator occur while they're visiting the property. Owners have no control in the scheduling of contractors, delays associated with renovations or when construction projects will be completed. Our gym pavilion suffered immense damage from previous storms and the last hurricane. The board of directors along with the management company elected to have the entire gym facility renovated and remodeled to a state of the art physical fitness pavilion. It is 95% complete and will be up and running very soon! It was a pleasure welcoming Stephan and his family to our condo and because he had two cars he also needed two parking spaces. To minimize additional costs for him I accommodated him with my very own personal garage parking space. I had my personal car parked at another location. In thirteen years as an owner I've never had an issue with leaks of any kind dripping from the slab above. It's also beyond my control if a leak or drip suddenly happens from the ceiling above my garage parking spot as did happen during Stephan's stay. When the issue was first brought to my attention I personally called the manager as well as the board president to get the issue resolved in Stephan's favor! I can certainly understand frustrations, but an understanding or a handbook on how condominiums work and operate can also be very beneficial to renters! As to the accommodations of this Mediterranean styled 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath fully loaded condominium apt. with panoramic views of the ocean and beach in the month of February in North Miami being overpriced, I beg to differ! At $185 per night in high season, it's rather a gift. Most vacationers would agree! A residential feel and easy living with beachfront amenities is exactly what you will encounter when you arrive at the 2080 condominium. It's why most vacationer's prefer the 2080 compared to high priced luxury Hotels with two double beds and a utility bathroom with no views!
