We request a $1,000 security deposit and a $150 non-refundable cleaning charge. You pay for electricity and for your Shores photo ID cards, and we pay for everything else. The payment terms are one half when the lease is completed and the second half six months before the lease commences.
You will be a guest of our family. Please know that we fell that we are responsible for your happiness while you're on your vacation in your condo. Read our reviews to know why our service and this condo are superb. Our family has owned a number of condos at The Shores since 1974. This is our only condo that it not booked for two or more years in advance.
Please know that a family member of the owner will thoroughly inspect your condo the evening before you arrive. A family member will greet you and take you through the condo, La Princesa, and The Shores, showing you everything you will enjoy during your stay. You will be asked, "Is everything just right?"

THIS CONDO IS NEWLY UPGRADED, WITH STAINLESS STEEL KITCHEN APPLIANCES, INCLUDING A BUILT-IN SUBZERO; BUILT-IN GE PROFESSIONAL PROFILE MICRO-OVEN-ROOSTER, COOKTOP, AND DOUBLE-DOOR OVEN; AND BUILT-IN SILENT BOSCH DISHWASHER. THE FULL-SIZED STACKED CLOTHES WASHER AND DRYER IS BEHIND A SOUND-PROOF DOOR IN THE HALLWAY. THE FURNISHINGS ARE COMPLETE AND ARE OF HIGHEST QUALITY AND DESIGNER BRAND AND ONLY HIGH-END ACCESSORIES WERE SELECTED THROUGHOUT THE UNIT. THIS CONDO HAS CENTRAL HEAT/AIR AND AN UPGRADED KITCHEN AND BATH WITH GRANITE COUNTERS.
Your one bedroom, one bath condo is extremely large, 1,200 square-feet, and is the largest one bedroom, one bath at The Shores. Your balcony is 26 feet long, not 15 feet long, and has an head-on ocean and Point Loma view from the 12th floor. The photos that you see on VRBO are exactly what you see standing on the balcony or in the living room or bedroom looking directly toward the ocean, the sunsets, and Point Loma. The condo has central heat/air supplied by a quiet heat pump. This condo is quiet, and you hear nothing but the surf.
Although your condo in La Princesa Tower is centrally located within The Shores, you can walk in three minutes to The Shores' gym and to one of the world's most beautiful beaches and six minutes to Coronado's shops, dining, and entertainment, including the world famous Hotel Del Coronado. Just eight minutes from your door, Orange Avenue in Coronado is dotted with delicious, reasonably priced and hometown as well as exotic restaurants and delis, grocery stores, museums, and curio stores. You can drive across the Coronado Bridge to enjoy SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, the San Diego Wild Animal Park, Balboa Park, the Gas Light District, and a hundred other attractions.
Coronado Shores amenities include 24/7 doormen, roving security guards, and staffed entrance gates. You will have absolute security and privacy. The huge, four separate pool and Jacuzzi complexes, which are located next to the beach and overlook the ocean, Point Loma and the Coronado Islands, have Club Houses with a bar and scheduled activities. The acres of landscaping are lush and meticulously cared for and have Streams, ponds, and waterfalls.
Storage and parking are generous. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet as well as loads of in-unit storage space, with additional storage areas and your private parking space for one car in the underground in the secured garage. There is ample parking in front of La Princes for your second vehicle and your guests as well as throughout The Shores.
Each rental does not include the last day of your monthly or your term lease. We need this day to make the condo pristine for our next guest. Yes, we take an entire day to clean the condo, which means going through everything and checking and cleaning it.
The rates include everything, except for electricity, landline phone, and your photo ID that you pay.
