Disappointed by the place
We came in late night from the city and early morning 7:30, Michael called me asking me to restart the router, as upstairs tenants were having some trouble with it, without even apologizing for disturbing my sleep.
Broken second bathroom

Scary pictures and scary hand for holding bulbs in the room
Creaking bed creaked all night on every movement of ours.
Smelly sofas and sofa pillows

Broken swing on the deck, dropped me to the ground when I tried to sit on it.
No parking on the property
- [ ] There's a really small area available to park in front of the garage and if your vehicle gets on the pathway then you can get the ticket.

Internet keep disconnecting every now and then.
- [ ] Michael came to give the toilet papers when we told him the issue but only after suggesting that we can buy it from a store.

Relaxing and welcoming home base for my wife and I during our stay in Los Angeles. The home is easy to access, clean and is stocked with all the basics you would need. Michael is also highly responsive and pleasant to communicate with. I highly recommend staying in his home! We would enjoy staying here again on our next visit to LA.
I really can't say enough great things about our stay at the Elevado Terrace House. From the moment we drove up to the property, I knew I was going to love it. This house has the feel of old hollywood charm--it's pretty amazing. We were visiting Los Angeles for our son's wedding. Our stay in the house was five days and I was sad when we had to leave. The patio's and outside areas are lovely and we were able to host a dinner party one night at the house...all of the guests were in love with the house as well. It is equiped with everything you could possibly want to be comfortable and make yourself at home. We happened to be in L.A. during a heat wave and the air conditioning in this house was excellent! The neighbors on the top unit did not have AC so we were thankful. The neighborhood is great too--we enjoyed the short walk to Sunset where there are plenty of places to eat. Parking is tricky but we were always able to find a parking space not too far away. We will definitely be back--I wish there wasn't a 3 night minimum or we would stay there for the weekend when we visit. Lovely house and great communication with owners!
My wife and I have stayed at this apartment before and have thoroughly enjoyed it. It is lovely, airy, clean, and well furnished. It is as advertised. We stayed there for three nights in April and will stay there again. Michael was very helpful and responsive. A good experience.
Stayed for 3 nights, Family of 4. Property is beautiful, clean and convenient place. Nice quite neighborhood. We had no problem parking. A spot is provided in front of garage for a VERY small car, but we just parked on street. Lots of great restaurants and shops down the hill on Sunset. Ate at Forage, Bamboo and Stella for dinner and Millie's for breakfast, all excellent.10-15 min walk.
My wife and I stayed at the Elevado House for 5 days in November. It was such a nice rental property, one of the best VRBO's we have stayed in. The patio and back yard were our favorite, not to mention the great minimal decor. Michael was really helpful, answering our questions when they came up. We will be back in Silver Lake next year, and hope the Elevado House is open for our stay.
