The main bedroom in the 1st floor has air conditioning and a ceiling fan, and a double sized bed (1,60 x 2,00 mts / 5.2 x 6.5 ft). The other bedroom on the ground floor, also has a ceiling fan and two individual beds (90x2,00 mts / 2.9 x 6.5 ft). Two lounges, the main lounge on the 1st floor, has air conditioning and a sofa-bed (1.40 x 2.00 mts / 4.5 x 6.5 ft) that can be opened into a very comfortable double sized bed. The ground floor lounge, has a sofa/bench (0.70 x 2.80 mts/ 2.2 x 9.1 ft).

The nearby Marina a 5 minute walk away, has boat trips, yacht & boat rentals and offers all types of sailing and diving courses throughout the year, it also has Padel courts, a mini golf and bar/ cafeteria with Buffet. Eating Out there are several good restaurants nearby that have daily 4 course menus with a drink for 11€ El Faro, Frankfurt, El Tiburon & El Oriente. Also locally are some good Take aways with daily rice dishes & paellas, roast chickens and local cuisine. In the same street are supermarkets open on Sundays and a bakers.

Perfect Beach House

The beach house was perfect for our vacation. Beautiful views, privacy and all conveniences. The house is lovely, well laid out, clean and equipped with everything we needed. Very modern & comfortable. The owners are friendly, accommodating and payed attention to all details to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable. We could not ask for better owners or accommodations. We highly recommend this property & hope to return again in the future.

Superb stay by the sea

The beachhouse is comfortably furnished and well equipped. Internet worked well. The terraces give fantastic views out to sea. It's location is so close to the beach that you hear the waves lapping the shore! The walk along the promenade to the town centre is a pleasant 15 min stroll and there are lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. Luis and Myriam were very welcoming and helpful.

Lovely beach house

We stayed at the beach house at the end of January and found it wonderfully situated and close to amenities/supermarket. Lovely promenade to walk along that stretched the length of the beach towards the castle.

The house itself had everything we needed for our stay and Luis was more than willing to accommodate some extra requests and called during the week to make sure we had no problems. The house is in a peaceful area at the edge of Aguilas with lovely terraces for outside dining and to enjoy the view of the ocean and down towards the castle.

Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone. Beautiful place!

We stayed at The Beach House for the first time in May 2014. We knew a little about Aguilas from previous stays in the local area, and were so impressed with the town that we decided to find a property in the town itself.

We were so lucky to stumble across this gem of a property after trawling the internet for a place to stay. We flew into Murcia (so much easier than the chaos of Alicante), and drove to the apartment - well worth taking the toll road, with a journey time of under an hour. We decided to have a 'kick-back' holiday and spent the week walking, sunbathing and eating out in lots of different restaurants. The Beach House is perfectly situated - just far enough from the main promenade to appear secluded, but close enough for everything we needed to be a short walk away. Supermarket a 10 minute walk away for the few essentials that we needed, and the main town/promenade about 15 minutes on foot.

The house is beautifully appointed and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a week's break. The beds are comfortable, with air con in both bedrooms. We had breakfast on the lower terrace ( yes, you have a choice of two!) every morning,and ate out most evenings. There is a great choice of reasonably-priced restaurants in the town; and we tried several!

The girl who greeted us on arrival, was most helpful and made sure that we knew how everything worked before leaving us to our little piece of Spanish heaven.

We really didn't want to leave and are planning on repeating the experience in June 2015. Highly recommended.

Fabulous!l Fantastic weather Brilliant beach

We flew to Alicante and it was a long two hour drive in the early hours of the morning. When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely Spanish girl who showed us quickly round the apartment . After a good nights sleep in the most comfortable beds for a long time we got up to see the sun blazing and that we were litterally steps away from the beach. The terrace at the top is like heaven and we spent most of our time up there. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. Its a 10-15 minute stroll into the main town which we did most evenings to sit in the gorgeous square with all the locals sipping wine or beer, sometimes we would eat there sometimes not, the prices were very reasonable, and easily affordable. The beach was deserted most of the time and stretches a long way, it does go steep quite quickly so you would have to be careful with young children. We had a car so we could do a few trips out, not that we really wanted to as we were happy just siting around in the sun and my two teenage boys and my husband spent every day at least often twice in the sea. There are lots of shops locally , this is definitely not a tourist place, no fish and chip shops beer gardens etc and not many people speak english, it was a dream ! The owner Luis was absolutely amazing, he was the kindest sweetest person I have met for a long time going out of his way to help us in every manner to ensure we had a superb holiday. Thank you so much Luis, you are a true gentleman , your villa is wonderful, we cannot recommend it enough and we will be back soon . !!

Aguilas, with a population of 40.000 offers a wide range of activities throughout the year. The Aguilas Beachhouse, has direct access to the 'Poniente' bay "Q" for Quality Award Blue Flag Beach, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the soothing sea breeze and an exceptional warm climate all year long. (An average of 25ºC-77,36ºF and 3100 hours of sun per year). Situated within the town, but away from thé noise , with walking proximity to all necessary services, Large & Small Supermarkets, Medical Assistance, Pharmacy, Banks, Shops, Church, Restaurants, Cafes & Bars, Public Transport...etc. and a fabulous Carnaval in February that is really worth seeing. 2Kms away by car or the local bus is the 'Aguilas Plaza' shopping centre that has ,Carrefour, cinemas with films in English on Tuesdays shops & bars etc.... and 300mts away is the new 'Juan Montiel' marina and 4 star Hotel with Spa. On Saturdays there is a large open air market on the other side of town selling local produce and everything else. By car you can access any of the 35 natural and unspoiled beaches within the 28 kms of the Aguilas Coast and Cabo Cope Natural Park. A car is not necessary to enjoy your stay and all that Aguilas offers. Nearby are very good Diving courses with PADI certificate avalible all year with very experienced individual monitors. Variable depths for diving with sunken boat sand beautiful sealife.

Golf: Aguilas borders with Andalucia, near by are beautiful golf courses by the sea, and it is well situated with very good roads that connect to all the main highways. The good road connections allow you to make day trips to visit any of the beautiful towns surrounding Aguilas such as; Mojacar, Cartagena with a Roman Amphi-theatre which is well worth a visit, also Almeria, Granada, Jaen, Cordoba, Murcia, or Alicante ....etc.

Ski: A day trip to Ski in the Sirra Nevada is usually possible from January - March

Águilas is located in the extreme south-west of Murcia, 103 Kms from the capital. Occupying a surface area of 253.7 Kms2 and surrounded by 28 Kms of Mediterranean coast line.

Average yearly temperature are about 25.2° C, thus allowing for mild and relatively warm Winters, while the summer months are normally warm and dry. Each year about 3,100 hours of sunlight can be enjoyed, with very few rainy days.

Águilas is located between three well connected airports, with a high influx of tourists; airport of Murcia ( San Javier) 55minutes away on the motorway and the airport of Almería (70 minutes away) the airport of Alicante is about 90 minutes away, all accessed by motorway or by dual carriageway. The new airport in Murcia should also be openning shortly.

The view from the majestic promontory of the XVI century Castle of San Juan de Las Águilas, used as a defence tower by different settlers throughout its history, is really rather impressive. Below it, the town of Águilas is spread out, with its beautiful port, ,its beach promenades and the charming serene beauty of the Poniente bay.
