Located in a pleasant and homey neighborhood, The House is 1600 sq. ft. fully furnished home, with 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and is set up dormitory style with bunk beds. I can sleep up to 13 guests. Our cozy vintage home is centered in the heart of the North Hollywood Arts District with all of the comforts and great for big groups of friends and big family trips. 10 minutes from Universal Studio's, 10 minutes from all the major freeways, walking distance to Supermarket Ralphs, eatery, restaurants and cozy cafe's. Pool, Plenty of parking spots available, free laundry & wifi.

THE SPACE:

All rooms have bunkbeds / dormitory style. full orthopedic mattresses, 2 full bathrooms, spacious living room, all major kitchen appliances, plasma Tv, high speed wifi, swimming pool, BBQ area, Laundry on site, free street parking.

GUEST ACCESS:

Upon your arrival, the house manager will come at a arranged time and will provide you with a full tour of the property along with your key for your personalized access or we will make sure the key is there at a secure spot when you arrive and our host will make sure everything is in order for you and you can let yourself in.

GUEST INTERACTION:

Management is located within 10 minutes of the house thus we will be available to assist you in any of your personal needs regarding your stay! If anything isnt working properly, have questions or need assistance you will be able to reach us at all times.

NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW:

We live in a quiet residential area that is very safe. Therefore to be respectful towards our neighbors noise must be kept to a minimum at all times. We don’t allow any parties at our home or events.

GETTING AROUND:

Our neighborhood and the surrounding area is very walkable. The North Hollywood Metro Station is also within an easy 20 minute walk, so if you would like to access the greater Hollywood and Downtown Los Angeles areas, our location makes it very comfortable for your travels and commute! By car we are not even 10 minutes from the major freeways.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

We do not provide and towels, toothpaste, soap or toiletries.

OUR POOLHOUSE ON PROPERTY

We also have a poolhouse on the same property ( a second home) as our home that is described above. Our poolhouse guests have a seperate entrance and different key set for their home. The pool and laundry area is shared with our pool house guest if occupied. Our guest in our poolhouse are not allowed to enter the mainhouse and vice versa.

SIGHTSEEING AND SUCH:

Our home is centrally located within the NoHo Arts district and very close to popular LA destinations such as Universal Studios, Hollywood! Within walking distance, there is a newly remodeled supermarket about 10 minutes away along with a nearby convenience store, several cafes, restaurants and eateries!

One doorknob of our bathroom tends to be loose however we have a hook on the door that allows you to still close the door behind you for privacy. One knob on our stove cannot be used, the rest works perfectly along with the stove. Our stove has been used frequently and has scratches on it. We also do not have a freezer in our fridge since we have a restaurant like fridge that can store more food/ drinks for big groups then regular family size fridges. Pool service is done weekly. Gardener comes every monday morning. No events or parties allowed.
