> Both the City of South Lake Tahoe & The County of El Dorado have gotten extremely strict in enforcement of posted rules which can be found in the rental agreement. Be sure to become familiar with said rules to avoid steep fines and visits from the authorities
> Parking is somewhat limited here with 4 allowed spots (2 in garage, 2 in driveway) with no street parking allowed
> This home sits in a quiet (mostly residential) neighborhood and therefore extra consideration should be made to keep the noise down.
> While this home sleeps 14 comfortably - one of the bedrooms has been converted to accommodate the pool table and shuffleboard table
> This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
Vacationers may go to the Tahoe Keys Property Owners Association at 356 Ala Wai Blvd and purchase passes for the private beach, swimming pool, hot tub, and playground. These passes are $10 per person per day. Passes for the tennis court are $20.
