Bill and I enjoyed renting at Palm Royale for several reasons so we finally took the plunge and bought this lovely condo. We are both big time tennis fans and tennis players. Indian Wells Tennis Gardens is a very big attraction for us as Palm Royale is walking or biking distance to one of the best tennis tournaments! We live in Tahoe and Reno area and enjoy coming to the desert during winter months. The weather and flowers are beautiful.

Palm Royale is a great location to Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, restaurants, the Gold Gym which Bill and I really enjoy. Everyone is so friendly. If you go say 'hi' to Mo who is a ninety three year old trainer. Groceries stores are close and many of our 'tennis buds' winter in the desert.
Did I mention tennis? (smile)There is four tennis courts, pickleball court, six pools and spas and an executive golf course with a pro shop. It`s a beautiful location to wake up and hear the birds and watch the early golfers start the day. The evenings are relaxing to bbq and drink our favorite martini which Bill makes the best, and watch the sunset.
The unit is in a good location and great neighbors. It has everything you need and the owners are great to work with. We will have it for Jan, Feb and March next year too, but not after that. It makes me SAD...It is a great unit to rent. Palm Royale is a great location, close you every store that you need... Have fun
High Season Rates: January through April $3000.00 a month
October, November, December $2600.00 a month
May,June, July August and September $1500.00 a month, renters pay utilities
A $1000.00 deposit is required.
Security deposit of $500.00 is required to secure the terms of lease with a non refundable cleaning deposit of $120.00.
Cancellation for complete refund of money is 60 days.
To secure rental of condo 30 days prior, full payment is required.
