Spread out and prepare for an exciting vacation upon entering this spacious 1,900-square-foot house. Tasteful mountain decor and colorful furniture add personality to this already elegant home. Numerous windows allow natural light to warm the interior while also providing views of the surrounding mountains.

The open-concept layout features 2 separate living areas, providing ample space and entertainment for each guest during your downtime. Relax on plush furnishings while the chef prepares dinner in the main living area, or step down to the family room, cozy up in front of the gas fireplace and watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen cable TV.

Head into the fully equipped kitchen and whip up gourmet recipes throughout your stay. Essential stainless steel appliances and ample granite countertops allow you to create meals of any size, snacks or feasts. Serve hors-d'oeuvres at the bar before sitting down for a gourmet dinner at the 6-person dining table.

Enjoy a breath of crisp mountain air on the extensive front porch. On the back deck, the chef can cook on the gas grill while the family plays in the yard or soaks in the private Jacuzzi hot tub.

Once the sun sets, 3 bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations to rest up before the next adventure. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, flat-screen cable TV, and an en-suite bathroom, while the 2 remaining bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The property is situated only a block from the complimentary shuttle that will drop you at the base of Peak 8, or you can choose to walk 3 blocks to the Four O'Clock ski run that leads to the Snowflake lift. You'll have a blast shredding the powder early in the day before the crowds arrive and enjoying easy travel back to the condo whenever your heart desires.

Don't miss out on the numerous mountain activities all located within a short distance of the condo! You'll create epic memories snowmobiling through the frozen forest and dog sledding with your four-legged friends. For a slower pace, have fun tubing down snowy hills.

Escape the heat of the summer by retreating to the mountains. You'll love hiking to Mohawk Lakes for breathtaking views and rafting down raging rivers with companies such as Breckenridge Whitewater Rafting.

Great place for a ski trip!

We were a group of 6 and the house was perfect for us. Close to the free bus station. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hottub is great. Good and fast communication.

Misleading Add, Not Nice. False Ad.

This place is not new at all. It is old, cluttered, nasty carpets, and not well maintained. Having all the owner's old nasty stuff everywhere made me feel more like I was visiting poor relatives. Your cleaners did not do a good job. There was biological fluid all over the comforter. The dishes were dirty. the place smelled like a sewer (treat the pipes, folks). The snow and ice were not at all shoveled anywhere. Lots of other issues. Total rip off. And, so off-putting to have the owner's artwork for sale thru the house. Honestly, we deserve a refund in part. I would like someone to call me about this stay.

The cleaners advised us that they do a thorough cleaning after each guests's stay, and we apologize if it was not up to standard during your visit. It is an industry standard to list the home as "new" when it is new to the vacation rental market, but we apologize if this caught you off guard.
