This condo is located in the beautiful Ahwatukee Foothills which makes a wonderful spot for outdoor enthusiasts - bike, hike, walk or sunbathe - the sky is the limit! This second floor condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and an attached single car garage. The condo has beautiful stainless steel appliances, black granite counters and dark cherry wood cabinets. The kitchen cabinets and drawers are loaded with all the items needed to prepare gourmet meals, and entertain for your guests.
There is a beautiful black granite wet bar across from the kitchen island with a built in temperature controlled wine cellar, sink and plenty of bar-ware. The Living area has two brown leather recliner style sofas with built in drink holders, matching end tables and a glass top coffee table. The wall opposite the seating area has built in niche shelving with a 46" flat screen TV, DVD player, I-pod stereo dock and a built in gas fireplace.
The pool side patio is furnished with a table , chairs and your own private gas grill. Kick back with a cocktail and grill up some skewers while you watch the stunning desert sunsets right from your balcony.
The Master Bedroom has a King size bed with gold leaf printed bedding, matching nightstands, a large dresser and a wall mounted 39" flat screen TV. There is also a French door with a roll-up shade that leads out to the balcony. The attached master bathroom has a beautiful double sink granite vanity with cherry wood cabinets, brushed nickel handles and plenty of lighting. There are many storage drawers in the center and a linen closet to the right of the vanity. The bathroom has a private commode, separate soaking tub and a walk in shower with a glass door enclosure. The Master closet is enormous with plenty of hangers, pool towels, fabric covered pool cooler, and pool towel bag for guest use.
The Guest bedroom has a Queen size bed with a birch wood dresser, nightstand set, and large double sliding door closet. There is a beautiful metal pottery art piece hung above the bed and mountain views from the bedroom window. The hall bathroom has a single mirrored sink vanity with a commode and walk-in tub shower combo.
The condo also comes with a private laundry room with a brand new front loader washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. This condo has all the bells and whistles like high speed wireless internet, cable TV, 2 flat screen TV's, ceiling fans in every room and a very open and spacious floor plan.
The community has two swimming pools ( 1 heated ), a beautiful clubhouse, and a community gym for guest use. This is a beautiful and very well maintained community with amazing mountain, desert and sunset views. You will not be disappointed with all this luxury condo has to offer. Book Now!

The stay in this condo was pleasure. This well equipped two bedroom condo served four adults well. It is located in a quiet area of Phoenix close to our favorite hiking trails. Within ten minutes you can reach I 10 or the many restaurants of Chandler. The pool and the hot tub provide additional welcome amenities.
The best part of this rental is the actual living space that is rented. This includes beautiful, spacious LR/DR, well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony with grill, 2 BR and baths. The setting in Ahwatukee was great, just south of South Mountain Park. The town of Ahwatukee has all one could need. It is a short drive to Phoenix.
The problems were several and included issues with the process of renting/checking in, and a 1 car garage with the smallest doorway that I have ever seen.
-My midsize SUV did fit thru the garage opening but only with a few inches to spare. My side view mirrors fold in, which made it slightly easier, still an adventure. I think a large SUV (Explorer, Expedition, etc.) or full sized pickup would likely need to park outside the garage. Fortunately there is ample safe, well lit, and easily accessible outdoor parking if necessary. BTW, the pic of the garages in the photo section is not a photo of the door for this unit's garage. However, all the 1 car garage doors seemed identical.
-As is clearly described, this is a second floor unit. What is not described is that the stairway up is fairly narrow, with two 90 degree turns. Not a big problem for us, but might be if one is carrying large heavy luggage or other items up these stairs.
-It is unclear who owns this property. We dealt with an agency which may or may not be the owner. We did not know the actual address until we checked in, although the map on the VRBO listing is reasonably accurate.
-Fees and taxes increased the cost of rental by a full 47% above the quoted price. However we knew this before we signed on.
-The "check-in" process consisted of 4 options; 1-Meet with them in their office on the east side of Scottsdale, 37 miles from the property, between 3PM and 8:30PM 2-Have an agent meet you at the property-$100 extra fee 3-Have a "lockbox" in place at the entrance-$100 extra PLUS additional rental application and "background check" 4-Same as #1, 3-8:30 PM on the day after you begin paying. We chose #1. The only thing that occurred in the office that arguably required our presence was showing them a photo ID. No front door key was provided (or required) because the lock uses a keypad with a code provided at checkin. Checkout did not require a return to the office.
Despite the unique (in our experience) checkin process and garage door, we enjoyed our time in this otherwise 5 star very attractive, very comfortable townhouse.
Overall, this condo was very clean and comfortable. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a split floor plan and a 1 car garage and a balcony that overlooks the pools and hot tub. The pools are heated. The condo is nicely furnished and the kitchen is well equipped with plates and utensils. It is also equipped with a washer and dryer. The condo is a second floor unit so there are steps involved after you enter from the garage or front door. The balcony has a propane grill. Noise from the pool area and from neighbors was minimal. Noise from loud motorcycles and cars was noticeable, but not bothersome. Construction of new buildings in this complex is ongoing and nearby to this unit and the noise is noticeable in the guest bedroom. The unit is equipped with an electronic door lock on the front door, but the company managing this property required that I come to their office in Scottsdale to pick up a pool key, garage remote, gate key and to sign additional paperwork. This is about a 40 minute drive from the condo. Upon departure, I was able to leave the key and remotes on the kitchen counter, but if you rent a unit from this property management company, Signature Vacation Rentals, be sure you are aware of the procedure regarding the keys. It would be a burden, but required if the rental is not equipped with an electronic lock, to drive 40 minutes to drop off keys and remotes if you have an early flight. In closing, this is a very nice unit in a nice complex and I would definitely stay there again.
Dear Arizona Condo owner: Your beautiful condo was an absolute pleasure to retreat to. It seemed that every amenity possible was there for us to enjoy and use. We weren't sure what would be there when we arrived - but the décor was stunning and modern - but very homey at the same time. Everything you could possibly need was in your condo from a pizza cutter to a grill on the balcony. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was for being located right next to the pool. The pools were gorgeous and it felt as though we were staying at a five star hotel. I would HIGHLY recommend for anyone to take advantage of renting this property. It was perfect. Thank you so much.
