This 1,200 sq.ft+ condo features a master bedroom with a king size bed, tv/dvd/cable with a 4-piece ensuite bath. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and plenty of storage. Both bedrooms are located on the lower, walk-out level along with a second 4-piece bathroom. In-house laundry, a fully stocked kitchen with tons of extras, and a natural gas bbq offers you all the comforts of home!. After a great day of outdoor adventures, jump into your private hot tub!

Our family lives in Edmonton, but fell in love with Kimberley a number of years back, and purchased our condo in 2008. On the drive to Kimberley from Edmonton, we travel past many beautiful destinations, but we believe that Kimberley is worth it!

Why Steve Minarchi chose British Columbia Mountains

We really wanted our kids to have the opportunity of growing up on a ski hill, without actually being able to live on one all year long. Kimberley has always been geared toward family and we knew this was the right place for our kids to learn to ski. During the summer we love heading up to the nature park for hiking and mountain biking, and enjoy the short stroll to Trickle Creek Golf Course!

What makes this condo unique

We enjoy the BBQ's on the back deck, which overlook the Purcell Mountains. It's a great spot to sit, unwind and watch the deers graze in the yard. Since we back right onto the mountain, we have a grassed lawn directly off of our lower patio which is great spot for throwing a frisbee, or kicking a soccer ball.

We believe in supporting local businesses, right from the locally made furniture and artwork in our unit, to the complimentary Kicking Horse coffee. Kicking horse is based out of Invermere, BC, and make simply the best coffee. You'll find fresh packages of 'Kick Ass' Kicking Horse Coffee in the unit, along with a coffee grinder. Please go ahead and brew yourself the freshest coffee in the morning during your stay. There's nothing better than sitting on the deck in the morning with a fresh cup of Kicking Horse Coffee! We also believe in having all of the extras that you don't normally find in a hotel. You'll find that the bathrooms are stocked with brand name lotions, shampoos, and soaps. Since we naturally refresh these out after every guest stay, we encourage our guests to please take these with you when you check out.

Great stay, comfortable condo

The condo was great, very clean and comfortable. The view was gorgeous! We didn't use the hot tub but it looked well maintained. I would certainly stay there again.

Family Ski Trip

Just had a great 3 day ski trip to Kimberley with our family of 5. This a true ski in/ski out condo from the top of the T-bar (you can ski to and from your door). The condo was clean, well laid out and spacious. Great hill for skiing with a young family. We will definitely be back.

As advertised and reviewed.

I wish I had reasons to tell you not to go just so I don't have to worry about getting this place again but there are none. Steve was easy to deal with and responded in a timely fashion to any inquiries. The place is as advertised and the other reviews are accurate. The place was tastefully decorated and clean. The location is perfect with ski access to the t-bar. Just down the gentle slope and you are at the base of the hill. The hot tub is super to have and we made good use of it with our two kids. It is so nice to be able to stop off for lunch and throw your wet clothes in the dryer for a few minutes and then ski off for the afternoon. The deck is plenty big even with the bbq and furniture. The locker beside the hot tub for our skis and poles helped keep the doorway clean and clear. There is a plentiful supply of kitchen supplies including spices, salt, pepper, etc... There were lots of towels, pillows and bedding as well. We just stopped in town and grabbed some groceries and brought our clothes and ski gear same as going to a hotel.

Excellent location

Really enjoyed our stay! True ski-out located at the top of the T-Bar. A quick snowboard ride down to the Express Quad and your day has begun. The private hot tub was a welcome treat at the end of the day and was the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 small kids. On day 2 we discovered a leak under the sink in the master ensuite. A quick text to Steve that morning and by the time we returned from a day of riding it was fixed. One thing to be aware of: take note of what time the T-Bar closes cuz if you're in the Stemwinder enjoying a well earned pint at the end of the day, the only way back up to the condo is a T-Bar ride. If you miss it it's a pretty good hike up the hill, especially with exhausted kids!

Great location very comfortable

Our stay was great. Steve the owner was very accommodating. Beds very comfortable and no noise from neighbours.

Good ski in ski out condo.

NO bathroom on the main level so you need to do the stairs. But we didn't mind.

May want to consider if stairs are an issue.
