This gorgeous 3 bedroom + loft/3 bathroom penthouse condo is near the base of Peak 9 and has a spectacular view of the mountains. This condo which has been remodeled has new furnishings, vaulted ceilings and a private hot tub that overlooks the mountains. An elevator provides private access to this spacious 1535 sq ft condo that will accommodate up to 10 guests.

This beautiful condo is within 50 ft of the famous Main Street and is within walking distance to all that Breckenridge has to offer. The Quicksilver and Beaver Run chairlifts are less than a 5 minute walk away and historic downtown Breckenridge, which is filled with endless restaurants, shops, bars and more, is even a shorter walk away. However, if your legs are too tired from mountain activities, there is a free shuttle stop on the corner and the condo has a heated garage if you prefer driving.

About Barbara Naples

Each year our family plans a vacation and we come together from our homes in Texas and Southern Florida to ski/snowboard in an environment of beauty. In 2013 we picked Breckenridge and my family fell in love with this location. Breckenridge is picturesque, the locals are delightful, the restaurants are spectacular, and there is plenty to do all year round.

I personally don't ski and I enjoyed the local spas, painting pottery, cooking classes, free concerts, dog sledding, snowmobiling, walking, shopping, eating at great restaurants and tubing. Breckenridge is a perfect escape from the heat of Southern Florida and Texas in the summer and provided us with spectacular memories on New Year's Eve as it snowed and we watched fireworks over the mountains. After our January 2013 vacation, we all decided that we loved Breckenridge so much that we wanted to buy a vacation property in this beautiful historic town and make it available to others to enjoy.

Why Barbara Naples chose Breckenridge Area

We wanted to find a property that met everyone's criteria in my family. It had to be close to the slopes and lifts for those who want to ski, snow board, hike or horseback ride. It needed to be close enough to town to walk to restaurants and night life activities and it needed to feel like a 'home away from home' for our family. We didn't want to feel like we were in a hotel. We wanted a family vacation home that we could use any time of the year and enjoy spectacular views and scenery.

The Corral condos provided us with the perfect location to meet all our needs and finding a condo with a private entrance near the elevator was terrific for my 'old bones' that don't like to climb stairs. The condo is so close to town you don't have to rent a car unless you want to. Having a private heated garage to store skis, boots, snow boards, mountain bikes and a car is certainly a plus. Carter Park is just a couple blocks away with playgrounds, sledding hills and a wonderful place for a picnic.

What makes this condo unique

Breckenridge provides everything you need to create spectacular memories. Our family was able to enjoy all the benefits of a top class resort but feel that we were in an intimate and fun-filled location. In 2016, our family is having a destination wedding in Breckenridge. Also, Breckenridge offers fine dining, summer camps, ski schools for children and adults, free concerts, spas, art galleries, ice sculpting competitions, every mountain sport available, spectacular views, and terrific night life.

After a long day on the mountain, you can relax in our private hot tub and view the splendor of the mountain views. The kitchen is equipped so that you can cook family favorites and relax in this spacious condo with plenty of light from vaulted ceiling and skylight.

Spacious, clean and comfortable

6 of us stayed here very comfortably. The condo was our base for two days of excellent hiking and some shopping. There were plenty of clean towels and sheets for the pull out beds, which we used. We also made use of the well-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. The hot tub was excellent! Barbara and Lisa were easy to work with. One recommendation: the loft room faces a main road. It's kind of loud with the windows open at night, which is necessary in July. Consider bringing ear plugs or an extra fan.

The condo is clean, spacious, and you have everything you could need. The hot tub on the deck was also perfectly maintained and great. Barbara was very kind when we had to change our dates at the last minute because of a family medical emergency. Thank you!!!

Great condo in a great location!

The condo was clean, upgraded and had plenty of space for 2 families. The view was extremely impressive and the location was ideal. It was a very comfortable stay and we will be back!

Fantastic Family Ski Vacation

Our family spent a week at the condo skiing and had an amazing stay. The full view of the mountains and slopes from the living area made the hours spent indoors relaxing. The convenience of the shuttle (to Peak 9 base and the Gondola) were perfect for a short ride to/from the slopes. The short walk to town made shopping/dinners a breeze without having to search for parking. The owner and property manager were very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our week in the mountains. Can't wait to return and stay at the condo again!

Flawless stay

We were so pleased with the property. There were 10 of us and we were worried there might not be enough room, but there was plenty. It helped we had a lot of kids with us though to sleep in the twin beds and the pullouts. The owner really thought of everything. Lots of extra blankets, fans even, toiletries in bathrooms, a baby gate for the stairs, fully stocked kitchen, a pack n play, humidifiers, just everything. It was all very clean and nothing in disrepair. The heated floors were wonderful. The only thing I can say negative is that it is located right on Main St. (9 Hwy) The master bedroom faces it and at night the road noise could be pretty excessive with the loud trucks flying by. Got earplugs the 2nd night and all was good. Just in case you're sensitive to noise like that. Short walk to lots of shopping and dining where parking is not plentiful. About a 5 min drive to gondolas, peak 8 and ski resort. We will definitely return!
