Two bedroom, 1 bathroom Apartment across form Belmont Shore Beach. Living room sliding doors open to access beach view & front entrance landing steps & front porch seating area. The view from living room makes this home ideal to enter vacation relaxation mode.

-5 minute Drive to Long Beach Convention Center, Aquarium of the Pacific & Long Beach Pike

-Apartment is the front unit of a Duplex (facing the ocean). Fully remodeled completed 2017 with modern yet contemporary finishes and open concept.

-Coastal decor throughout accentuates the serenity felt when staying here.

-Apartment is a short 5 minute walk to LB Belmont Shore's 2nd Street which has a wide array of restaurants, shopping & social life.

-There are two separate bedrooms in the apartment. Both are of equal size. Each bedroom brand new queen size bed with memory foam mattress (sleeps 2), fully accessible closet and smart TV's with access to Netflix & other apps.

-Basic Cable channels available on living room TV ONLY. Living room TV also has access to Netflix & other apps.

-one bedroom closet includes a programmable safe to store valuables.

-Kitchen is full size with stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker)

-Coffee maker & k-cups provided. Basic breakfast essentials: instant oatmeal available.

-Bathroom has a bathtub and modern finishes. Skylights bring natural light throughout the entire space.

Basic business travel essentials available in bathroom

- bathroom is in hallway & between both bedrooms.

-Living room love seat sofa converts to bed- can sleep one more guest.

-Washer & dryer available inside detached garage.

-Iron & ironing board inside closet of bedroom #2

The two bikes inside garage require a non-refundable 20 dollar fee to be used.

Parking spot is accessible thru alley, its outside next garage & available for cars size up to a mid-size SUV. When parking one must note to leave enough space for second garage to be accessed by tenant living next door.

There is also plenty of street parking in front of apartment as well as across the street. Overnight parking is allowed by City Of Long Beach.

Maximum number of guest is 5 since place can only accommodate for such. Apartment has 2 separate landing steps & it’s not childproof.

We were all super impressed with the location and the overall layout of the townhouse. It worked perfect for 5 adults for the weekend. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The house has been nicely remolded and I would 100% recommend it.

Very nice apartment

Stayed here with my daughter for the weekend and really enjoyed it. The apartment is really well put together, right across the street from the beach. The owner is attentive and seemed very nice. Thanks for a great stay.
