We want you to have a 5 star hotel experience whilst still enjoying the cozy comforts of home. Pamper yourself with 800 thread count sheets, Jo Malone candles and fluffy white towels. Find a whole selection of traditional toys and games, activity sets, books, music and movies.

Cook a meal in the fabulous kitchen equipped with a Viking oven and stocked with exotic spices and salts from around the world.

Our pantry is stocked full of epicurean dried goods, a picnic basket and gourmet smores kits.

Perfect for families, couples and friends to gather - the lodge comfortably sleeps seven as follows:

* King size bed off the main living area

* Queen size pull out sofa

* Designer steep ladders lead to a room with two twin beds and a further trundle bed - with a flat screen TV, CD and DVD Player

Our spa style bathroom has a power shower with a separate soaking tub furnished with fragrant candles, bubble baths and locally made soaps.

This all season lodge can be enjoyed all year around. Snuggle in by the fireplace ( lit by electric candles) when it is chilly. Alternatively enjoy the Sunny Colorado days whilst you sunbathe or cook out on the piped in gas grill ( no running out of gas) from our spacious deck. You can appreciate our amazing mountain and/or lake views from the deck and all the huge picture windows in the home.

We also love kids! We have two of our own who have left some of their toys, legos, coloring books, crafts and baking kits for you to enjoy with your children - so they will have fun and feel very welcome.

For the grown ups, we offer 3 flat screen TVs ( One of the TVS is actually in the garage with a train set!), Iphone music speakers, CD players and complimentary high speed internet access.

Private Parking easily accommodates four cars - two inside the garage and two in the driveway.

The home is elegant but not pretentious, sophisticated but comfortable and easy!

Come and visit us any time of the year!

Please let us know if you have any questions and we will promptly reply with answers.

We like to say yes, so will try our best to accommodate any special requirements.

About Deborah Read Fowler

We are British couple who live just outside Boulder, Colorado. We have two young children and a dog and enjoy staying in the lodge for mini breaks etc.

Deborah Read Fowler purchased this house in 2013

Why Deborah Read Fowler chose Front Range Colorado

We love the history and real character of Georgetown and also the location - only a hop, skip and a jump from Denver and Boulder.

We love the mountains and were trying to find a modern house close by - after 5 years of searching, we finally found it and love it!

What makes this house unique

A brand new home in a very historic, charming town and able to enjoy the lake, the town and the mountains.

Everything as described. Wonderful lodging

  • 4 of 5

We had all we needed to stay in the modern lodge. The house is as described. There were plenty of towels and plenty of room. Read careful as the master bed is not in a room but off to the side of the living room. We had a wonderful time.

We like the open space. The kitchen is nicely equipped. Living room is great for family sitting together and having bonding time. Check in and out instruction is clear and easy to follow.

Fort Smith

Going to try to reserve this place for next year.

  • 5 of 5

This place was really nice for my family. We had a group of 15 split up between 3 condos. This condo is where we spent all our evening dinners...I was totally surprised how well 15 fit in this space for meals then trivial pursuit. That was the good... now for the bad... the fridge was a bit small... food for our group was tight, but it all did fit. The grill on the deck was an awesome feature, but it was hard to get it adjusted down really low, it liked to flame-up.

It would have been really nice to have another 1/2 bath down stairs.... but the bath upstairs did work for us and was really nice.

One other thing.. there is a washer and dryer down stairs. (I don't recall there being much in the ad about this)...

Communication with the owner was excellent. The price was fair. The overall experience was excellent.

The pantry was stocked with extras and the wine was a nice touch.... to the owners.... thanks again. David & Vicki Sharum.
