My work career has been spent at many great properties throughout the country, the Buena Vista Palace, PGA National Resort and Spa, The Breakers and I am still currently working in the hospitality industry. I have decided over the past few years that I want to create a 'special home' of my own and treat it as the best 5 Star/5 Diamond experience for my guests.

Colorado's unsurpassed natural beauty surrounds the house and provides endless possibilities for excitement and exploration. Old Colorado City is described as the gateway to the American West, the neighborhood is framed by the picturesque mountains, lush meadows and scenic canyons that have inspired visitors for centuries. Colorado Springs and the cute historic towns offer an inspiring array of outdoor activities that take advantage of the natural beauty of Colorado and caters to guests' and their individual interests.
With over 300 days of sunshine each year and virtually no humidity, Colorado Springs provides the perfect backdrop to explore the timeless beauty of the West. Historic Old Colorado City is less than 3 blocks away from the house and less than a 4 minute walk, during the summer every Saturday from 7AM-Noon we have a Farmer's Market with local produce, meats, cheese, bread and flowers. Throughout the summer every Thursday at Bancroft Park we have concerts and all summer long we have festivals and a Friday Night Art Walk.
We arrived on a Friday afternoon and were delighted with the house! The house was clean and neat and everything was there to make our stay enjoyable. Instructions for the WIFI and security system were provided and easy to understand. The owners are great friendly folks and know the true meaning of customer service! We hope to stay at their house again in the summer and we highly recommend this property and these folks to you too. And the location! We wanted to be near Manitou Springs and Pikes Peak, be able to take day trips to Breckenridge and Cripple Creek, etc. and this was the perfect location for it! And Old Colorado City is a neat place to visit too. We were also blessed with perfect weather - we left balmy weather in East Texas and arrived here a day before a snowstorm blew through and dropped the temperatures to below freezing - loved it! Overall, we had a wonderful time and look forward to returning soon.
This warm, welcoming and comforting home was everything we needed and more for our 3 day visit to Colorado Springs. It was spacious, clean, with a great kitchen and bathrooms. Very conveniently located to EVERYTHING! We visited Colorado College, Garden of the Gods, Old City and more. Great place to stay. Thank you owners!
We came down to Colorado Springs to do the Waldo Run and stayed for two nights. We had two couples. Such a great place to stay. Very clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this house!!
What a wonderful place to stay. Centrally located to most of the attractions. The house is very clean and kept up and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Within walking distance to Old Colorado City and many restaurants. If I ever come back to Colorado Springs I will definitely stay here again.
I rented this precious little house for a week for my husband and myself, and 2 of our children and their spouses. We came to Colorado Springs for my daughter's wedding. The house was nice and neat and very clean, the downstairs bedroom and bathroom worked perfectly for us, with the two upstairs bedrooms and shared bath for my kids and their spouses. The living room, dining room, and kitchen were quite roomy, and the quaint back yard was a nice bonus! We all liked being that close to Old Colorado City - LOVE that part of town. We did a lot of wedding favor and other doo-dads preparation around the dining room table, with plenty of room for tubs and tubs of "wedding stuff". And - I actually made 12 cheesecakes for the reception in the kitchen, never feeling too crowded or stressed! :) I let the owner know that when we're back in town to visit our daughter and her new hubby, we would certainly rent this house again.
The description of the property was accurate and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would surely recommend staying here to our friends. Coming from Houston we were pleased to stay at this location for many reasons.
