Stunning & spacious apartment in exclusive area of Limassol close to all amenities yet set in quiet residential area. Only 300 meters from the sea with many restaurants, shops and supermarkets close by as are links to local transport and taxis. Car not essential if guests want a one center holiday in Limassol. This is set in a complex with a superb private pool and beautiful landscaped gardens. Air conditioned throughout the apartment has been furnished to the highest standard. It has an open plan kitchen/living/ dining area , TV, DVD player and CD player. Two bedrooms, one with queen bed and the second with two twin beds. The living room has a double sofa bed to accommodate two more guests. There are two bathrooms, both with showers and one with a full bath, one is en-suite to the master bedroom. An undercover parking space is available for the exclusive use of guests.

Located in Limassol a short distance from the sea front and major amenities. The complex is gated and has a large pool, which accommodates children and adults.

What makes this apartment unique

The complex is still relatively new, and the landscaping is now being to mature. It is populated at various times of year by long term occupiers and short term guests. It has a large balcony and a great view of the azure pool.

  • The master bathroom separates the bedrooms. It is fully equipped with a full bath, shower over, shower rail and curtain as well as a modern sink and matching dual flush toilet. There are modern chrome and glass fittings to complement the suite including towel rail and ring, mirror with shaving light and shelf and toilet roll holder. The second bathroom is ensuite to the master bedroom and includes a shower with cubicle, matching sink and dual flush toilet. Again there is a large mirror with shelf and light over and both a shower ring and rail all in chrome. There is extensive co-ordinated tiling in both bathrooms.

  • The master bedroom has full access to the large terrace via patio doors which cover the entire wall. It is a great experience to stroll out onto this sunny space early in the morning to take in the view of the pool and gardens below and have a leisurely breakfast right there. It has an ensuite bathroom and has been furnished in a sleek and modern style. There is ample hanging and storage space available in the fitted cupboards. The second bedroom which faces the back of the property overlooks tasteful villas, a lovely church and further on, the mountains. It has two three-foot beds in a modern style and again plenty of hanging and storage space within the fitted cupboards. All linen and changes of linen is provided.

Lovely Complex

We enjoyed our stay at Bayview Garden Apartments, the property was ideal with sun all day on the balcony. There is everything you need for your stay in the apartment although the chairs on the balcony could do with replacing as they were splitting on the seat but this is my only criticism as everything else is ideal for a holiday. The noise from the nearby building site woke us a couple of mornings but it did not spoil the stay. We hired a car but the bus stop is within easy walking distance & buses are reasonably priced. There are a few restaurants, bars & a supermarket within walking distance but I was a bit disappointed with the food in some of them, and the fact that football was on the television in most of the local bars.

Limassol is ideally placed to see most of the island & it is within driving distance from both the international airports.

I was a little disappointed with the city as it has grown so much since I last visited & has lost that local appeal

I will defininely be back to Cyprus before too long

Perfect summer holidays!

We had a wonderful stay in Bayview Gardens. The area is close to beaches, shops, restaurants, sightseeing etc. The pool area is clean and tidy with many sun beds. It is our second stay and we will for sure come back.

Great apartmen

Great apartment. Ideally situated in the tourist area, but in a very quiet area and close to all amenities.

The apartment is very well equipped with all you need for a self-catering holiday. The large balcony is south facing catching the sun all day and overlooking the pool and gardens.

The complex is very clean and well maintained the pool is perfect for the children, with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas.

There is a supermarket, cinema and ten pin bowling close by and the beach is a short walk away.

Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

Great Holiday Apartment

This apartment is wonderful, it is spacious, clean, well appointed and a pleasure to stay in. On arrival we were greeted with a welcome pack that contained some very useful items.

The Apartment is located in a quiet area of Limmasol but not far from the tourist area it has security gates and the parking is under the building which means that your car is kept cool, really good design.

The large balcony over looks the lovely, clean and well looked after pool area.

I would thoroughly recommend this apartment and should I be going to Cyprus next year I will book it again.

We stayed at the apartment over New Year and had a great time.

The apartment is in a great location! The apartment was clean, a good size and close to all the local amenities. The apartment had everything we needed and a fantastic terrace.

Best stay in Limassol

This is the best place we have stayed in Limassol for over five years. The complex is brand new, its clean with a nice pool, and you feel safe with a security guard walking around. The apartment itself was perfect for us, and the size of the terrace was a pleasant surprise. Walking distance to the beach and bars/clubs, but the complex is still in an area away from all the noise in the tourist area.

Already looking forward to coming back!

The apartment is in the Yermasoyia district of Limassol. It is very close to several amenities including the beach. Limassol itself is a bustling and sophisticated town, the second largest in Cyprus. It is almost equidistant from Paphos in the west, Larnaca to the east, Nicosia in the centre and the Troodos mountains in the north west.. As such it is a perfect base from which to explore the island. If you'd prefer a one centre holiday Limassol and its close surroundings offer more than enough attractions and amenities to keep everyone happy. Apart from the seafront and beach some others to note are the Curium beach and ancient amphitheatre, the old town Medieval Castle frequented by Richard the Lionheart during the Crusades, Amathus Kingdom ancient ruins, Fasouri water park and the Sea walkway (300 meters away running for 12+kilometers along the whole bay). Ideal for a morning run or an evening stroll. At the beachfront you will find many cafes and restaurants of all types.

Other Activities: Fun Fair, Art, Music Theatre and Wine festivals.walking along 12 kilometer sea front pathway.
