This beautiful apartment features a private balcony with city views of the Bunker Hill Monument, Zakim Bridge, Causeway Street to the Harbor, the West End, Government Center, Faneuil Hall and the Custom House, as well as 60 State Street and more. Also, part of the luxury is the included king size sleigh bed, all leather seating in the living room, a full size dining room table, a giant desk and work area (office). The building was constructed in 1976, and the apartments have all been receintly renovated. Elevator upgrades were completed this year.

Are you from out of town? This is a spectacular neighborhood next to TD Bank North Garden [the Boston Garden].

The West End borders Beacon Hill and shares the zip code (02114). It is next to Government Center and the North End as well.

Everything is very vibrant. You can walk to anything in just a few minutes and it is accessible to lots of T stations and bus routes, as well as Amtrak.

North Station is a 3 or 4 minute walk.

Parking in the neighborhood is very tight. If you bring a car, parking is available in the building for $39 per day without reservation.

You can also order "resident discount cards" when you book for $4 each. You need one per exit, so if you plan to park and stay for the whole trip without moving your car, you need just 1 card.

If you plan to come and go every day, you will need the appropriate number of cards.

These cards currently discount the daily rate down to $18 per day which is subject to change.

When you check in, everything will be in perfect condition. You will feel as if the apartment was put together just for you, clean and sterile from our cleaning crew on every surface, even the switch plates and remote controls.

We call it, "White Glove, Black Light Cleaning." It's our service mark.

Standards for cleanliness exceed those of any 5 star hotel. Every surface, appliance, drawer, ledge and corner are cleaned using a check-list with over 120 points. All surfaces, including floors and walls are vacuumed, then hand washed - never mopped.

Once the unit is thoroughly cleaned, it is inspected by your hosts Richard or Victoria or another manager before you check in to be certain everything is up to snuff. Feel free to do the 'white glove test' anywhere in the apartment.

Linens are laundered locally using bleach, and inspected twice before they go back for use in the unit. We use high quality cotton sheets and plush towels.

The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed for our three nights in Boston. Very clean and spacious, and the location is excellent. My coworkers and I attended a conference near Copley Square, and taking the T from this location was extremely convenient. Communication with the host was top-notch; he responded to every query very quickly and was always willing to assist with any problem we had. I would highly recommend staying in this suite!

Clean, quiet apartment in a great location. Nicely appointed, too, with thick, thirsty towels, comfy bed, and just about anything you would need in the kitchen. You can tell the owners take great pride and care in their property.

This is a roomy downtown condo, close to all of the major tourist

attractions and TD garden. Great access to subway and many great restaurants

within walking distance. Also a ten minute drive ( not at rush hour) from

the airport. Any concerns were addressed quickly which was much appreciated,

managers wonderful to deal with. Would stay here again and recommend it to

all wanting to experience the history and ambiance of Boston. "

Perfect == Condo, View, Location.

The location was perfect for our vacation visit to Boston. No need for a car. Close to Freedom Trail, Harbor and Little Italy.

The condo was exactly as described and pictured. Great communication with the owners. Easy payment and great instructions.

Beautiful Apartment - Great Location

My family and I (2 adults/2 teenagers) stayed at this perfectly appointed apartment on the west end of Boston. This is a delightful place, plenty of space for the 4 of us and immaculately clean when we arrived. It is not overly-appointed, with a bunch of stuff you won't need cluttering up the place, but it has exactly the right stuff. I found myself asking, "I wonder if they have..." and finding exactly what I needed every time. It is walking distance to plenty of restaurants, the T, and to a Whole Foods market and CVS (right around the corner). Parking is available in the parking garage for $18/day, which is pretty reasonable compared to what hotels in Boston charge, so if you have a car with you, it's not a bad deal. There's a concierge at the entrance to the building and that was quite helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

Loved this apartment and this visit to our sister city

I thought I would just drop a short note to say how wonderful our stay has been here. It is such a wonderful city to walk around and in fact we spent our last day walking around Beacon Hill (again!).

We took advantage during our stay of the two bottles of wine you left on the desk, thank you. It was so good to arrive and be able to make a great cup of coffee.

If ever you make it down under to Sydney please drop us a note so we can catch up and return in some part the hospitality we have received.

I leave Boston with one new fact I didn't know prior to my arrival. That fact is that Boston's Sister City is Melbourne.
