Located on the Place Saint Michel, between Notre Dame de Paris and Saint Germain des Près, this elegant apartment is on the 2nd floor of a hausmanian but modern building with lift.

The apartment has a large living room with dining area and an open-plan kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, one bathroom and a separate half-bathroom at the entrance.

This very bright & airy living room/kitchen area is a spacious 46 square meters space with a parquet floor and a cosy French style decoration which makes this apartment very pleasant to live in.

The two large French windows/balconies are double-glazed and offer you a unique view on 3 major sites of the capital : Place Saint-Michel, Notre-Dame, & the Seine river.

The living room has a sofa and 2 armchairs as well as a flat screen TV.

The dining area can afford 6 people easily. The kitchen is equipped with all the home appliances and utensils needed to cook.

Both bedrooms are on the back of the apartment away from the street noise and overlooking the backward courtyard.

The first one has a double queen size bed and an original big wooden closet.

The second one has 2 single beds which can also be made up as one queen size bed. It has a large wooden closet as well.

The mattresses have been replaced in July 2016 for outrageously comfortable sleep.

In the hallway is a closet with a washer and a dryer usable throughout your stay.

The elevator is large and well-functioning; though the building is more than 300 years old, it was totally updated few years ago. The kitchen has all modern appliances and comes equipped with starter amenities upon your arrival. The cable bundle includes high-speed wireless, phone, and international channels (CNN, CNBC...). All of our apartments come furnished with fresh linens and a set of towels per guest. A final, professional cleaning is included in the rate, so you can be assured that the apartment will be impeccable upon your arrival. Wonderfull apartment

We had a fantastic week staying in this apartment in May. The GLAMPARIS team was very helpful organizing our arrival into Paris and to the apartment. Samia was there to greet us outside the front door and showed us around the apartment, pointed out places nearby (supermarket, subway, etc), and set us up with the WiFi. The apartment itself is fantastic. It is clear that the owners and the team at GLAMPARIS take care of this apartment very well. The living room is spacious and with the high ceilings feels even bigger. The large windows in the front bring in lots of light in the day and gives beautiful views. The area in front of Place Saint Michel is always busy in a nice way. It can be loud, but only if the windows are open… if the windows are closed it is not an issue. The bedrooms are on the courtyard side so they are very quiet at night, even if there is a lot of commotion outside on the street. The beds are very comfortable and clean. The bathroom is very clean and the two sinks are a nice touch. The building is very nice and quiet too, and having an elevator is a huge plus. Location-wise this apartment cannot be beat. You are in a fantastic part of the city being in the 6th district and are walking distance to many great sites. You are steps away from the subway and buses. The supermarket is a short walk away. Overall, our stay in Paris was superb and much of it had to do with this perfect apartment and the help of the GLAMPARIS team. We would absolutely stay here again, and if not available would 100% find another apartment operated by the GLAMPARIS team.

Great apartment !

The property was a good sized 2 Br apartment. It was centrally located so enabled us to walk easily to lots of local attractions. The apartment did get warm however the property managers provided fans within a day. We really recommend this property in Paris 👍?

Wonderful location and apartment

We four travel buddies recently spent a week in this apartment on Place Saint Michel. The location was perfect: right next to a Metro and RER station, on the Seine just across from the Ile de la Cite, and very close to the Batobus pier. There was lots of fun activity in the square, but it was very quiet at night since the bedrooms are on the back side of the apartment. Loved the little balconies over the square, with leafy trees providing privacy. The beds were very comfortable, sheets and towels were high quality. Kitchen was well equipped. Having the toilet and a small sink separate from the main bathroom with tub/shower and two sinks made it almost like a two bath apartment. Samia was very responsive and easy to work with. We used the recommended car service to the airport and they were right on time to pick us up just outside the door of the building. We would definitely book this apartment again. Thank you!

Perfect location 😊

This apartment exceeded our expectations. It had well equipped kitchen, nice size living space (rare in Paris accommodation most of the time), 2 nice sized bedrooms (second bedroom has no closet so you have to use other room's), decent wifi( dropped out a couple times but generally good), and extra bonus it has a elevator to get your bags up to the apartment. There was one definite problem and that was with the tub/shower setup. When we took a shower the shower head could not be lifted high enough to be raised over your head like a proper shower height. My husband was too tall completely to use it as a shower and I had to scrunch down to use it. If you like baths only this setup would work for you, if not, you might want to rethink it. The only other issue was the towels were quite worn out and musty even after I washed them in the washer. If the owner changed the shower head and got a few new towels I would give it a full 5 stars. Overall it was great and I would definitely stay there again. An extra nice touch was that they had electricity converters and travel books in the apartment. The absolute best feature was the apartment location. Perfectly central to everything, train station feet away, and great lively neighborhood.😊�

Great Apartment in a Great neighborhood!!

Going to Paris is special enough however having this apartment made it so much better. From day one with the help of Samia who was nothing but helpful and friendly when we arrived at the apartment to the sounds of the Notre Dame bells ringing in the distance. Looking out of the balcony windows seeing street performances at Place de Saint Michel and the Notre Dame Catherdal so close was very special. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Very Comfortable, and the building was great. Right downstairs was a cute cafe with health food and fresh fruit smoothies. 5 minute walk to Il st Louis for the best onion soup, escargot and Ice Cream there is. In the opposite direction another 5 minute walk to the Louvre and then in another direction a 5 minute walk to Cafe de Flore in St Germain. Couldn't have asked for a better location. We were all thrilled to be there in this fabulously situated apartment.

All of our rates are weekly rates which means the price remains the same whether for 5, 6 or 7 nights.
