Located in the popular Golden Beach development just a few minutes walk to Arenal beach with all the bars shops and restaurants. Ideal family location with everything on your door step, the perfect apartment for a family looking to enjoy the pool and beach with having to use a car. This beautiful duplex apartment on the second floor has lift access. On the entrance level there is a hall way, kitchen and utility room, large lounge-dinning room which leads to the terrace with morning sun for outside dinning. On this level there are two double bedrooms and 1 bath room. On the upper level is the master bedroom suite with its own en-suite bathroom and an additional double bedrooms and shower room. There are two completely private sun terraces leading from the bedroom. The apartment is fully air-conditioned through out and there is underground parking and use of the two communal swimming pools and gardens.

Fantastic stay

Lovely, spacious, clean and well equiped duplex apartment with comfortable beds and good bathrooms. The pool area is very well looked after and the pool itself is a good size.

The apartment is very conveniently situated being a less than 5 minute walk away from the Arenal beach and restaurants and is also within walking distance of Javea port

Excellent

Great location in a super town, in a lovely part of Spain. Everything is within easy reach with a wide range of restaurants and bars within walking distance plus a superb beach. The apartment is spacious and well fitted out, with cable TV, internet and air con plus a brilliant pool area. A great holiday in a beautiful town.

Javea has 3 distinct areas - the Arenal, the Port and the Pueblo. The Arenal Beach is popular with families and older people alike providing a large safe sandy beach, lots of water sports and a promenade with many fine bars, restaurants and nightclubs. The port area is very picturesque with a totally different ambiance with its fishing fleet landing fresh fish daily, the marina, shops and again many excellent bars and restaurants. The old town (Pueblo) is slightly set back from the coast and is a typical small Moorish-style village with narrow blind-alley streets and white-washed houses, and has a truly Spanish feel. There is an indoor market and many shops, art galleries and a museum. In the summer months there are wonderful festivals with spectacular fireworks, the Fiesta de San Juan is in June and the Moors and Christians festival in July.
