About Apple Sepulveda

I am an pediatric occupational therapist in Los Angeles. I have been blessed with a job that I am passionate about.

Apple Sepulveda purchased this cabin in 2013

Why Apple Sepulveda chose Moonridge

I purchased this cabin in Big Bear because I love the outdoors - snowboarding in the winter, enjoying the lake in the summer, hiking and exploring. After visiting multiple times each year, I was drawn to be part of the community; hence I decided to own. So far it's been great.

What makes this cabin unique

The cabin is located in on a hillside, which provides a lot of privacy. Its convenient location is a bonus - minutes minutes away form the slopes, lake, great restaurants, shopping...

Close to town, nicely decorated, yet private

  • 5 of 5

The hostess was very accommodating. The best features about this cabin are its location, the hot tub (very private), and nice decor.

Cozy, quite and comfortable.

  • 5 of 5

Apples home was great. Its located at the end of the street and placed on the hillside. It was very quite day or night. It worked out perfectly for my girlfriend and i on are short get away weekend. The deck was great with the picnic table and chairs to sit and enjoy the outside weather. The spa was a added bonus which we also enjoyed a relaxing evening in. Everything about are stay was great. We really enjoyed ourselves and we thank apple for allowing us to stay in her home. Thank you.

A perfect cabin for the weekend

  • 5 of 5

My family and I had a great stay at this cabin. It was well furnished, clean, and very cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to make several meals during our stay. The Jacuzzi on the deck was awesome, and the movie collection in the living area was nothing short of impressive! My family and I will definitely be back again next year. Thanks for a great stay!

White Christmas

  • 5 of 5

We had a spectacular time in Big Bear. The home was so cozy and just perfect for our family of 4. The owner was incredibly helpful and quick with any questions or concerns we had. We were literally 2 minutes away from the ski resorts which was beyond convenient. Our boys LOVED playing in the snow right outside our home and we all enjoyed the hot tub each and every day!

Bring books ...

  • 5 of 5

We spent most of July at this sweet cabin and most of our time - when we weren't exploring - was spent on the glorious deck reading books. Evenings were spent in the hot tub. The cabin was exactly as described - clean, comfortable and well-stocked. What made it especially nice was Apple's responsiveness to our needs (we wanted to check in a day early and she had no problem, responded quickly to emailed questions). Big Bear's weather, coupled with this comfortable cabin, made for an ideal summer vaca. It's a long stairway up to the front door from the parking spot and no wheelchair access. but we were lucky - we didn't need it.

Great Family Trip

  • 5 of 5

I had family visiting from out of town and this was a great place to stay for a few nights just to enjoy the beautiful area and get away from the city. Everything that we needed to make our stay hassle free was at our finger tips. There were plenty of towels, dishes, kitchen utensils, games, movies and many other items that Apple provided to make the stay more like home. We had a slight maintenance issue and when I called to inform Apple she responded immediately sending a handy man resolving the problem quickly. I would definitely make a return trip to this property!
